I have visited other Wellstar Dr. offices which were good. However I must say you should use this office staff for a training facility. When I walked in the door I was greeted sincerely every office staff I walked past greeted me. Dr. Erica is excellent explained in detail my results. Please consider letting other receptionist and staff train at this office. I worked 47 years in the service industry and I know GREAT service.

Dr Farrar, despite my short temper, kept us on track and as usual provided flawless service. ( I had been sick for a week, hadn't eaten any solid food during that time, hadn't slept more than 3 or 4 hours a day, could barely breathe. I could have "snapped " at any moment. However, I did go to the office as we have established earlier and after waiting 45 minutes someone told me my primoviser was not there, at all. My time is valuable and it was disrespected. Once the digital visit was set up, it stated online it was because of me, as if I requested it and did not show tp my in person appointment.
