Her assistant did not display the same behavior, her rudeness was clearly on display. As Well starers we should serve with compassion, empathy and professionalism.

Everything was good. The only thing that I have a complaint about is the pricing that you have for things. I actually work for the vendor that you use to actually supply the sleep studies. They're only at a cost of around $200, yet you bill $1,500 for it. So just a huge discrepancy between what something costs versus what you bill. So that's the only negative thing that I have to say.
