I was told my x-ray has to be read by the radiologist, but I had to call to get the results. Also my foot was fractured and I was told I could not get a boot for it. I had to go to orthopedic if I had known this in the beginning, I would not have come to the office. I feel like my co-pay was a waste of my money. This is the first time I am disappointed.

Staff was very friendly, but diagnosis was not made correctly. Ended up having to go to ortho walk-in clinic because I had a ruptured tendon. What the practitioner recommended would not have fixed my issue.

The dr after administering the tests recommended l go to the Doctors Hospital as they had away to perform other tests l said would go tomorrow she said no go now they are 5 minutes away I was admitted and diagnosed with pneumonia Thanks Wellstar and the doctor making a great call

Unfortunately,I still have the same issue, and my Primary care Dr. decided to send me some place else. So this is going to take some time-and in the meantime In am still trying to keep my blood sugar up. But I wish to thank everyone, who saw me that evening.

Excellent front desk and medical staff. I was concerned for a possible health condition and the staff was helpful, sincere and meticulous in their examination. My condition was not as severe as I expected so I was reassured things were fine and provided excellent recommendations for solution (muscle/pain) as it did not require follow on examination or action. I had a good experience at the WellCare Center except that Dr. Brown said she'd call in my prescription to Walmart. I was in pain. I went to Walmart. She didn't call it in, didn't call it in. I waited 30 minutes and then called them to get it forwarded. So I was not happy about that.

The front desk staff was difficult to understand due to soft speech volume and garbled speech/accent. The automated check-in is entirely too long and was difficult to see as there was a glare. Also, the preferred language question should show English and Spanish at the top of the list instead of alphabetically.
