Just Thanks for taking care of Us???

The dr after administering the tests recommended l go to the Doctors Hospital as they had away to perform other tests l said would go tomorrow she said no go now they are 5 minutes away I was admitted and diagnosed with pneumonia Thanks Wellstar and the doctor making a great call

I go to this urgent care all the time whenever I cannot get an appointment with my primary doctor. They are prompt, efficient, and very professional. They treated my back pain promptly, and I feel 100% better. I give the staff a ringing endorsement.

Unfortunately,I still have the same issue, and my Primary care Dr. decided to send me some place else. So this is going to take some time-and in the meantime In am still trying to keep my blood sugar up. But I wish to thank everyone, who saw me that evening.

Excellent front desk and medical staff. I was concerned for a possible health condition and the staff was helpful, sincere and meticulous in their examination. My condition was not as severe as I expected so I was reassured things were fine and provided excellent recommendations for solution (muscle/pain) as it did not require follow on examination or action. Thank you team!

I had a good experience at the WellCare Center except that Dr. Brown said she'd call in my prescription to Walmart. I was in pain. I went to Walmart. She didn't call it in, didn't call it in. I waited 30 minutes and then called them to get it forwarded. So I was not happy about that.

Scheduling an appt. was easy. I arrived an hour early. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door. Everyone was so professional, nice, and very caring. You can tell how much they love their jobs. I am very thankful that we have this facility to go to for our urgent health needs. Thank you!

The front desk staff was difficult to understand due to soft speech volume and garbled speech/accent. The automated check-in is entirely too long and was difficult to see as there was a glare. Also, the preferred language question should show English and Spanish at the top of the list instead of alphabetically.

Both the nurse and practitioner (I had the nicest ladies) were so kind and actually listened to me. I am from out of state and was in a bit of a pinch and they helped me greatly. I am so thankful I was able to see them today.

I waited for over an hour and fifteen minutes to see the provider. When I was finally called back I asked if there was only one physician. I was told there was only one physician and two urgent care rooms. Once in the room I was in and out in less that fifteen minutes. That is talking with the assistant, seeing the Dr. and receiving a steroid shot. Patients should be told of extended wait times such as that. When you go to urgent care you expect that. Urgent.

After this facility was taken over by wellstar, my treatment has gone downhill. I will not return. Instead of trading my issue and listening to my past medical history, they sent me home with a prescription for cough syrup. It was a waste of my time and money. The previous group knew me had my past history and actually addressed my needs instead of trading me like a stranger and giving me the least medical treatment they could. I have an appointment for my doctor tomorrow to fix what wellstar refused to.

I'm from out of town and was having a lot of pain. I had rods and spinal fusion in neck and back. So I wanted to get checked out for all the pain that I was having. The whole medical team was great if I was am ever back in this area and need to be seen I would most definitely use Wellstar again.

I wasted my money - copay they were not able to treat my eye and they told me they were sending me to an opthmaologist When I got to address it was an optometrist So i had to find opthamologist on my own

After this facility was taken over by wellstar, my treatment has gone downhill. I will not return. Instead of trading my issue and listening to my past medical history, they sent me home with a prescription for cough syrup. It was a waste of my time and money. The previous group knew me had my past history and actually addressed my needs instead of trading me like a stranger and giving me the least medical treatment they could. I have an appointment for my doctor tomorrow to fix what wellstar refused to.

I'm from out of town and was having a lot of pain. I had rods and spinal fusion in neck and back. So I wanted to get checked out for all the pain that I was having. The whole medical team was great if I was am ever back in this area and need to be seen I would most definitely use Wellstar again.

I waited for over an hour and fifteen minutes to see the provider. When I was finally called back I asked if there was only one physician. I was told there was only one physician and two urgent care rooms. Once in the room I was in and out in less that fifteen minutes. That is talking with the assistant, seeing the Dr. and receiving a steroid shot. Patients should be told of extended wait times such as that. When you go to urgent care you expect that. Urgent.

Both the nurse and practitioner (I had the nicest ladies) were so kind and actually listened to me. I am from out of state and was in a bit of a pinch and they helped me greatly. I am so thankful I was able to see them today.

The front desk staff was difficult to understand due to soft speech volume and garbled speech/accent. The automated check-in is entirely too long and was difficult to see as there was a glare. Also, the preferred language question should show English and Spanish at the top of the list instead of alphabetically.

Scheduling an appt. was easy. I arrived an hour early. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door. Everyone was so professional, nice, and very caring. You can tell how much they love their jobs. I am very thankful that we have this facility to go to for our urgent health needs. Thank you!

I had a good experience at the WellCare Center except that Dr. Brown said she'd call in my prescription to Walmart. I was in pain. I went to Walmart. She didn't call it in, didn't call it in. I waited 30 minutes and then called them to get it forwarded. So I was not happy about that.

Excellent front desk and medical staff. I was concerned for a possible health condition and the staff was helpful, sincere and meticulous in their examination. My condition was not as severe as I expected so I was reassured things were fine and provided excellent recommendations for solution (muscle/pain) as it did not require follow on examination or action. Thank you team!

Unfortunately,I still have the same issue, and my Primary care Dr. decided to send me some place else. So this is going to take some time-and in the meantime In am still trying to keep my blood sugar up. But I wish to thank everyone, who saw me that evening.

I go to this urgent care all the time whenever I cannot get an appointment with my primary doctor. They are prompt, efficient, and very professional. They treated my back pain promptly, and I feel 100% better. I give the staff a ringing endorsement.

The dr after administering the tests recommended l go to the Doctors Hospital as they had away to perform other tests l said would go tomorrow she said no go now they are 5 minutes away I was admitted and diagnosed with pneumonia Thanks Wellstar and the doctor making a great call
