The office was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The PA was wonderful with my son and knew exactly what we needed.

Everything was done extremely well. The staff was great. The staff is great. We have used the urgent care a couple of times, meaning my husband and I. And I mean, they are absolutely excellent. The advice that they gave me, because I ended up coming alone, almost, I'm inclined to say it saved my life, but they were hands-on, took care of me immediately, and also they called the ambulance to take me in for a visit with the ER, and they were just spot on. Again, I can't give them any more than ?

I've been to this particular site numerous times and the quality of care and the place in general in going down. The chairs in the waiting room are tearing. The front desk staff acted like we were bothering her. Speaking really low I had to ask her to repeat herself and then she had a little attitude but if she would have provided proper customer service to begin with there would not have been a need to keep repeating herself. We were told it would be an hour and a half wait upon checking in but it's better than going to the ER. Afterwards the staff was polite friendly and attentive. The provider examined and sent prescriptions to the pharmacy in a timely manner. It didn't take a hour and a half to be seen but it was approximately an hour. And people were coming from the back

I had been to 3 other medical facilities 1 said I had allergies the 2nd said I had the flu the 3rd wouldn't see me because I couldn't pay and I was feeling so bad I was thinking awful things. Thanks to the south Augusta urgent care team that I visited on 9/6/26 Thanks again

The only problem I have is I never got the follow-up phone call for my results. So I still don't know what my lab results are, if it's okay, if it's not okay. That's the only thing.

I was not informed about my test results!

I was very disappointed that I arrived with a high high blood pressure and they took it one time and said oh it's going down. Went down from 202 over 70 to 170 over something. That's hardly coming down and hardly want something you wanted to charge a patient with. And not recheck it You can go home and then I had to wait about 40 minutes for them to come and do throat cultures and they never retook my blood pressure. I didn't feel my care was very well done.

I first went to the grovetown urgent care. They had no provider. Come on..... I drove to the Evans center and was very pleased. A short wait. The staff was nice. A clean facility. thank you.

The provider didn't order me any xray because she assumed nothing was going to show up. I went to my appointment a few days later and got an xray and something showed up. The urgent care provider gave me a wrist splint instead of a finger splint.

The Dr was super nice and asked questions which is so important when trying to treat people . The body isn't linear and she definitely understood that . Super knowledgeable, wish she was my primary care!
