During my appointment, the provider came to the doorway and informed me of my results. While standing in the doorway, she clearly stated that I had COVID-19 and the flu. She confirmed this verbally and told me that my test results were positive. This was very alarming to hear. Later, when I checked MyChart patient chart, the report stated "presumptive negative test for Covid and Flu A+ B / antigen not detected." Because of the confusion, I had to contact my primary care doctor, Dr. Muhanty, who confirmed that the results were negative. Receiving such serious information verbally and then seeing a different result in the chart caused significant stress and confusion. I believe it is important that test results are verified and clearly explained before being communicated to patients. I hope this feedback helps prevent similar situations for other patients in the future.

When I went and checked in, the receptionist was George. I really loved his personality and how helpful he was. He made the check-in process super easy and fast and didn't make me have to wait a long time when he could clearly tell I felt sick. So I really appreciated the help he offered me and just would like for him to know that he's doing a great job. And again, his name was George. Thank you.

The staff is good, the front office was really, really good. I like the radiologist. The PA is she is she was not that helpful. Only the thing it is like she's very good actually, but the thing it is like the insurance is a problem, right? Because when I call in the morning, they told like they will take Pigman Cigna, but actually WellStar won't take Pigman Cigna. So I will not get any treatment. So I have to pay by my hand, all those things. But that's okay. That's fine. The staff were very good. I'll definitely recommend WellStar urgent care, especially on a Sunday because that is the only one works after three o'clock. So yeah, after three o'clock if you have any urgent care issues, WellStar is there. At least you will get an x-ray and radiology department is right in there. And radiologist was really helpful. She was good.

If you leave with the expectation of getting what they said, like a cough syrup, you should, and if they change their mind about not giving that to you, then at least they should call you and let you know. Because when you go to the pharmacy expecting to pick up something, a cough syrup, and they have something else, and that's the only thing, you know, you're starting to question it. Like if she changed what she was going to give me, then at least she could have called and told me, you know, what to expect, what to pick up from the pharmacy instead of the original plan. So again, it's part of being thorough with health care and expectations.

I've been to many offices to see if they would help me with my condition. They all sent me home without any helpful information. At my most recent Wellstar appointment, they were able to make me feel so much better than I did before I came in. I would definitely recommend others to come here. They were wonderful! We usually get to go to mednow for free, but they were so backed up for two kids. So we ended up paying quite a bit to go here. The level of attention and care from the front staff to the medical team made it easier to swallow that bill. They were wonderful!
