Dr. Plotnick is very thorough with us and we appreciate his expertise and caring approach. What we don't like is having to wait so long to see him. We wish the slots for his appointments were longer to accomodate his professional approach. (And we understand his style doesn't fit the Wellstar corporate medical model.) If his slots were longer patients wouldn't have to wait 1.5- 2 hours after their appointment time to be seen.

I was seen approximately two hours and twenty minutes past my appointment. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for my time. With the office policy of attendance and being on time, I would expect the same respect be returned to us.

I sat in the waiting room for over an hour before I was ever put in a room. I ended up being there for 2 hours and 20 minutes before the doctor ever came in. We talked for about 4 minutes where he told me about the information that has already been given to me by way of the cpap monitoring app. I was there for 2.5 hours for 4 minutes of pointless conversation.

My appointment was for 9 am and I arrived at 8:50. I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes and then was taken back to a treatment room. I then waited another 45 minutes before the doctor came in at 10:30 I feel that waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes is pathetic. I was only there to have my ears cleaned out which he did do a good job. Never any reasons given or apology for the delay.

My only concern is the lack of communication My appointment was at 8:30 My arrival time was 8:15 .Ater getting my vitals checked I didn't see the doctor until almost 10:00. No ever came to give an update That is too long to wait to see a doctor

The only negative about my 1:30 appointment was that i was kept waiting in the patient room until 2:30 before the doctor came in. No one came in to say sorry for the delay or let me know he would be in shortly...that would have gone along way with me. When I was asked by the exit staff how my visit was, I expressed my disappointment at the wait and was given a bunch of excuses as to why, such as, the doctor being so thorough and there was a meeting that they didn't know about and that he is often called for consult by the hospital. I asked the person at the appointment desk when would be the optimal time to come in, she said either 8 or 1:30....I said my appointment was for 1:30...still had to wait. Now, I am usually very patient and understanding and to be fair, I wasn't feeling well that day either, so there's that. Normally I always have a wonderful experience at any of my Wellstar appointments. Just felt very dismissed at this one.

My appointment was at 145pm... I arrived at around 120pm... I was called in the back , they took my vitals and statement for visits. I spoke to someone at the office about a device about 1-2 wks ago. A company was out of network with my insurance so they were trying another in network company. I was told 1-2wks ago the referral was being sent that day only to come in 7/9/26 the day of my visit to hear the same line. On top of that the doctor didn't see me until 245pm again my appointment was at 145pm mind you I explained I had another appointment at 3pm with Physical Therapy. I didn't leave out until about 320pm making me late for my PT appointment (thankfully they didn't penalize me for this). I say that to say we are penalized if we are 15min late mark as NO SHOWS and forced to reschedule. So why is ok for the doctor to be an hour late with no explanation or warning. We should stop being penalized for our tardiness if it's acceptable for the doctor. No one knows what other engagements the patients have to have to sit for an hour in an exam room. When being told the doctor will be right in.

Appt was for 200pm. I got there at 140pm. Signed in and waited till 310pm to be taken back. Then waited in the back for another hour. Finally y seen by dr at 405 pm. After the visit I was going to car and was 435. I got to the dr office at 135pm. I am a little upset with the wait time with an appt.

I waited for over two hours after my scheduled appt to see the Dr. both the staff and the doctor were courteous. However, no one came to check on me and let me know that things were running very far behind. I realized doctors are busy and their time is important but their patient's time is important too. It is a bit arrogant to assume that patients need to wait in a close space with no bathroom and no conversation about what is going on or when things are going to happen for such a long time. It is not the excuse of the staff that this occurred. The doctor reads the chart he should be abundantly aware of his patient's schedule and what is going on in his office. At the end of all of this, you inspect what you expect if you don't inspect it, don't expect things to work out so well. I would ask him in the future that this practice spend time doing a better job of scheduling appointments and not overloading their calendar. I realize they need to make money and we are a capitalist society. However, it is shameful that this take place in such an egregious way. I have never, in all of my time as a patient, ever waited this long without anyone walking in to check on me. I was so disappointed because I want to know how to heal and what I can do about my ears and hearing. I felt like after I pointed out the obvious flaws of the office that the doctor just wanted me to leave. I can understand he was irritated with me for my direct approach to the problem. I make no excuse for it. I could've behaved better. I did not swear, and I did not raise my voice, but I was very disappointed by the way that Office was being operated.

The wait time was long on my appointment I was there over and 1 and half hours are longer yesterday and that don't happen all the time and it should not happen on my appointment time it would half been different if I was a walk in.

Dr Plotnick and his staff are superior in knowledge, efficiency, quality healthcare. From front to back they are friendly, caring and patient oriented. I have had excellent care from this office for about a year now, and highly recommend them.

I was seen approximately two hours and twenty minutes past my appointment. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for my time. With the office policy of attendance and being on time, I would expect the same respect be returned to us.
