She valued me as a patient by listening to my medical issues, provided me education on my issue and recommended surgical solutions, and followed up on my care post-op. Absolutely TERRIBLE parking situation. I love my Dr. and her staff and have been with them for many years but I'm seriously considering changing because of the lack of parking and how hard it is to try to get around the Wellstar lot.

Dr. Lofters-Jones is a phenomenal practitioner and I will follow her anywhere. Her bedside manner is immaculate and she always takes the time to listen and I truly feel that I love her. That being said, I have never had to wait so long for an appointment for her in her private practice. This was my first time seeing her with WellStar and the scheduling for the appointment process was horrible. I couldn't get an appointment to see her for six months. That's crazy. When she was in her private practice, it would take maybe a month, possibly two. Waiting six months to be able to see her was not expected. WellStar, you need to do better.
