The wait time was unnecessary. Appt was at 930 I got several reminders telling me to make sure I was there, etc. My appt was at 930 I didn't get called to back until 1030 then had to wait another 30 minutes for the doctor

Hi, so the doctor was really nice. The medication that was prescribed to me is not something I ended up feeling comfortable taking. I ended up just going and buying over-the-counter medication after doing a little more research. It stated that the risks to the fetus were not exactly known and that it was okay to use if the benefit to the mother was greater than the harm to the fetus. So if that had been described to me, then I would have never considered that medication. I would have just saved myself the time and hassle to and just got the over-the-counter. I ended up waiting in my room for almost an entire hour without anybody coming in and checking on me. That was really disappointing and that is why I would not recommend your practice to friends or family. Just the fact that nobody came in and told me like, hey, we're so

Everyone in the office is absolutely wonderful, from the front desk staff to the nurses behind, to Dr. Lofters-Jones, and I absolutely love her. Again, she's the absolute best. She takes time to listen to what's going on. I never feel rushed in my visits with her. And I do believe that she provides that same care to everyone, which is why getting to see her takes so long. My appointment was, I believe, for three, and I probably didn't get to see her perhaps for like an hour and 45 minutes. It was a considerable amount of time. However, I do understand why that length of time is there, because again, she takes time with her patients. She's an asset to your institution. I miss her from her private practice.
