Everyone's always very kind and very courteous and very thoughtful when they're treating you or talking with you. What they could do to be better is to set up more nurses in your blood work so that we don't have to go outward somewhere else to get our blood done after the visit. Thank you.

My video was scheduled for 9am, had trouble with the set up, called office, meeting did not start til 930, no apology for being late. I started at 845 per instructions. Total waste of time. Will never agree to that again. My time is extremely valuable to me.

This was my first visit as a patient of Emma's. She was very helpful and listened to my concerns. We talked about alternatives to my diabetes medication and about the fact that I do not want to permanently be on the medication and came up with a tentative game plan. She seemed very helpful and very knowledgeable and I thought she did a great job. I even asked for her for my next doctors visit.
