We talked about alternatives to my diabetes medication and about the fact that I do not want to permanently be on the medication and came up with a tentative game plan. She seemed very helpful and very knowledgeable and I thought she did a great job. I even asked for her for my next doctors visit.

I have had good experiences with the Wellstar medical staff (doctors, nurses, technicians and front office people). However, my experiences with the Wellstar call center has not been good. The harassment by phone and text messages are not acceptable! I don't need to be reminded of my appointments several times before the appointment. STOP IT!!!! Do not ask me by text or phone to give Wellstar brownie points for doing your job. I am also VERY UNHAPPY with Wellstar as a company. The outrageous pricing for certain test procedures is NOT acceptable.
