Everyone from office staff to Nurse Practioner was very friendly & efficient. There was about a 45 minute wait to get labs done, but it was very busy. The staff was very friendly too!

Wish there was an in-house ophthalmologist.

Doc had no personality. Didn't show any concern for my health. I was there for a physical and left not knowing if she thought I was in good health or not. Seems the bare minimum is the bar. She was very stone faced. Listened to breath sounds, checked ankles. That was it. No ekg, no eyes or ear check. Took BP and temp but the PA didn't mention if they were ok or not. Just a very blah feeling being there.

There needs to be more questions, more detailed discussion about the patient's current condition. There were no questions, no personalized review. It was just like an automated way of just doing the test and leaving. And it felt like lack of proper experience and it felt like even the staff were not caring enough and not walking through the process in good faith or building trust for the patient. I'm not satisfied and from last two years what I saw in

Fix your software so that when somebody performs the E-Check they don't have to fill in the same information again when they go to check in physically. I uploaded my insurance card the day before the appointment and I had to give it to them again and upload it again the day of the appointment

Yes, I would like to add. When you get back in the room with the doctor, it's very, very good. But on the front end, it's just so hard to get a appointment. And when you ask them or explain to them what you need and why you need it, they're so nonchalant about trying to help you. So if they can get more courteous and more understanding and what you need instead of just saying, well, that's all we got, that will be grateful. Thank you.
