From the moment I walked in, the experience was seamless. The front desk staff was incredibly polite and welcoming they were clearly prepared and expecting me, which made everything feel organized and professional. Overall, a smooth and genuinely pleasant experience.

It was good. I was running a bit late because I couldn't find the building. There should be clearer signage with arrows. Also the grace period for appointments should be expressed to everyone or at least on the booking confirmation.

Dr. Guice was great. She answered all my questions. I felt very taken care of. She referred me to the right practice. Only reason I'd say like an eight on how likely I'd be to refer to another student just because y'all like have the chest x-ray or advanced medical equipment in case and stuff, but you know, the free co-pay was great. The service was inhabitable. The front office staff was great. And then Dr. Guice and just everyone who came in and helped, I'm sorry I don't remember all the names, but everyone treated me with such care and just awesomeness. And I really felt taken care of. So incredible experience.
