Dr. Hammond was just wonderful to me whenever I had my colonoscopy done. He was really, really great. The nurses and the staff at the hospital were wonderful. In his doctor's office, the nurse was very helpful and she gave me all kinds of information. I would really recommend you guys to other people. You did an excellent job with me and thank you very much.

My appt was virtual. But I received check-in texts to confirm for a F2F appt in office and there was NO phone # on the text to call. I also received a check in notification on MyChart for virtual which is where I checked in. There was no phone # to call there either. Virtual appt with w/PA Emily was great. Patience and informative with my results.

So how I believe you can improve with an colonoscopy would be to have a third-party verification that has a rating scale, much like a restaurant, for how well the equipment is clean, how often you have a medical mishap, like a perforation of bowel or mechanical damage from the scope, and make that publicly available because all data points are good data.

We had a phone interaction with staff, not the Doctor. Problem -- our procedure is NOT scheduled at this point. We are waiting until Oct/Nov to schedule. the procedure for early December. BUT you already sent the prescription to our Pharmacy. You should wait until we have a DATE. I do not want to pay for the prescription this early. Why would you do that?
