The cost was too expensive for a self pay patient.

I have had sinuses for years. No Dr. ever drained my ear before. Hopeful that my Tinnitus will disappear and my problem ear shows improvement.

The overall examination that I received from the ENT was excellent. However, I have been unable to get a record of my tests. I have a difficult time trying to register for MyChart. And because of that, I have been denied my test, the copy of my test. If there's any way that I can get that without having to apply or enroll in MyChart, WellStar MyChart, I would appreciate.

The front desk person was very friendly. The staff who did my hearing test was very patient with me due to my claustrophia. She worked with me to make me feel more comfortable by opening the blinds and letting more light shine into the both window. The doctor I saw in regards to my complaints was very informative and I left feeling like I had all my questions answered.
