The front desk person was very friendly. The staff who did my hearing test was very patient with me due to my claustrophia. She worked with me to make me feel more comfortable by opening the blinds and letting more light shine into the both window. The doctor I saw in regards to my complaints was very informative and I left feeling like I had all my questions answered.
