He was concerned and listened my question. I ask me questions that I didn't think he would ask me. He was careful not to hurt me but wanted to see what he could do at that moment. I appreciated what the Dr did for me.

When I went to see Dr. Ali this time around, it didn't seem like he was more concerned with me as a person, but it also felt like he wasn't listening to what I was telling him about adverse reactions to medications and procedures. And because he kept pushing the envelope with sticking implements up my nose after I let him know I was really hurting, that just made me not want to trust him for any further procedures. Thanks.

Everyone in the ENT department from the front desk all the way to the back has been amazing. They have treated me with care and you could tell that they really care about their patients. They are very thorough. They listen and I just want to say thank you. I've not had that experience with all doctors so it really means a lot. Thank you.

I was very happy with Dr. Ali and the student that was with him. They listened to my concerns. They took it to heart and they took action. And I've been going to ENT doctors and sometimes going to Atlanta, but it took Dr. Ali to listen to me. And for that, I will always be deeply grateful. He listened to me and he did something, more than the rest of them did, and I thank him so much. He is wonderful.

Dr. Ali was very thorough and did a great job attending to my needs and making sure I was comfortable during the procedure. He even called a few days after the procedure to check in and make sure things were going well. Very thorough and in touch with the patient.

There were 2 employees at the desk who having a conversation about a patient and never acknowledged my presence although they were facing me. I stepped over to an adjacent desk and another employee stepped right over to check me in when I said what I wanted.
