As always, the worst part of this visit is the parking. Parking spaces to narrow, and not enough parking. Once the clinic is reached, and you are in the examination room, the care is excellent. But getting there is a big hassle.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful on my visit. My doctor Emad Al Haj Ali, MD, is an exceptional, ENT doctor. He explained my sinus condition and the approach to correct my problem and I'm feeling so much better already.

When I went to see Dr. Ali this time around, it didn't seem like he was more concerned with me as a person, but it also felt like he wasn't listening to what I was telling him about adverse reactions to medications and procedures. And because he kept pushing the envelope with sticking implements up my nose after I let him know I was really hurting, that just made me not want to trust him for any further procedures. Thanks.

And I've been going to ENT doctors and sometimes going to Atlanta, but it took Dr. Ali to listen to me. And for that, I will always be deeply grateful.
