The only negative is that I made an on line appointment for 9:20 and was advised to get there by 9:05. When arrived I was informed by the security guard that they did not open until 10. The system should have been updated for the holiday. When I returned at 10, everything went smoothly and I am very happy and grateful that the team was there and helped on Thanksgiving.

The facility was spotless. Elizabeth was the epitome of professionalism. She explained everything very well and delved into a prior visit I had made to another Wellstar Urgent Care. A prescription was phoned in to Kroger before I left the office and was ready for me when I drove the short distance to the pharmacy. I was extremely pleased with the experience.
