With the number of people in the area I do think it's important to maybe add one more Dr to this location and the wait would be more manageable.

This was our first visit. Not impressed I do not like seeing PA's. She told me one thing for prescription than ordered something else. Did not have prescription filled.

They were so kind. The doctor and staff took extra time to explain everything which eased my daughter's anxiety about what she had to have done during her visit.

The kiosk in the lobby to check in was useless. It was set so dim, that I could barely read the screen. Could not even see that there was a button to make the screen brighter. The receptionist came and helped me. She found the brightness button to keep tapping. You had to know it was there. But regardless. I couldn't complete the check-in. It kept asking me if I had had black lung disease. I tapped no. It would not take the no answer. And no way to continue. Receptionist could not get it to work either. She finally cancelled it and had me come to her desk and complete the check-in process. That went very smoothly.

The staff were very involved and accommodating. They wanted to make sure I was OK. They were patient with me till the test results were completed. That staff was excellent! Keep them there! So was the person accompanying Ms. Sheridan!

Liz was awesome. I was sitting in a chair in the waiting area with severe back pain. She came out and retrieved my credit card and brought my receipt back so I didn't have to incur the additional pain of getting up and down again. And she's great at giving shots too!!!

The NP was very helpful and took time to explain the new DAX system. What was even more amazing is that when I stopped by the next day to ask about a side effect from the cough perle, she took the time to look up the side effects and then prescribed another medication.
