The NP was very helpful and took time to explain the new DAX system. What was even more amazing is that when I stopped by the next day to ask about a side effect from the cough perle, she took the time to look up the side effects and then prescribed another medication.

This was the most pleasant experience I have had at any of the urgent care centers. The staff is amazing with teenage patients. He was treated like an adult and all questions were ask directly at him, they only ask me if he was not sure of the answer.

Very short staffed. We were there 2 hours with only one person in front of us. Doctor kept reminding us they were short staffed. We already knew. X-ray technician seemed to be having trouble so I noticed her asking another "nurse" to assist. We were asked if we wanted to wait for discharge instructions and we said okay but then was told the doctor was in with the next patient. We left and they said they will call us. At that point we really didn't care. We will never go there again.

The lady who saw me Mrs. Sheridan is not a doctor. I was the only patient at the time. The location of the urgent care is very convenient for me. I use to go to Sixes road place.

The girl who did my vitals and also the nurse practitioner that I saw were both very empathetic. I had a small breakdown about having lost my mom a few weeks ago, who was also a nurse, and being in a clinic setting was setting it off. I especially liked the nurse practitioner/doctor Elizabeth. Very professional, answered my questions easily and took extra time to help me select the ENT for her to put in the referral. Great experience all across the board. Not that I want to be back to a clinic for any reason, but here is where I would go.
