I do not have enough nice things to say about this visit. Everyone was wonderful as always but for this round - I felt more heard and respected as a parent than ever. She truly takes the time to get to know her patients and their history without having to stop and read notes while in the room to remember past concerns. There's not enough providers who do this and I'm forever grateful for her.

The front desk and scheduling people are very difficult to deal with. You can't understand them on the phone. I can never get an appointment. We're actually switching providers all together because of these issues. It has nothing to do with the doctor. We like the doctors at the practice, but we don't like what we have to deal with when we call and the impossibility of ever being able to get appointments and their inability to ever work with us.
