I don't like the new phone system at all people on it are rude and don't care about patients. I liked it much better when I could talk directly to the office staff. The ones that know my children and care.

We love Dr. Mon. Both kids love her. She talks to them like adults. She explains everything during the visit. She takes her time and shows a caring attitude. She goes the extra mile and follows up on complicated issues. I just can't say enough good things about her.

Everything in the visit went really well, but WellStar's policy of not allowing any sort of sick visits if you are behind on your well visits is in my opinion unacceptable that just because you haven't been to a well visit, your child can't be seen if they're ill. I think that policy should change. If you accept our insurance, it should be accepted.

We are never in there in under an hour. It takes forever to be seen. Minimum 40 min wait times, why not book less patients so we don't have to always wait? Please

Dr Ye Mon is so caring and generous she goes above and beyond to make my children feel comfortable and safe. She also reassures me as a mother that I am doing well. Her personality is so gentle and empathetic. The medical assistants and front office staff were welcoming , courteous , friendly and helpful . The manager Laurie was especially helpful as I had to run my 2 year to the restroom she held my 4 month old . I also noticed two new medical assistants who were so kind and supportive. I enjoy bringing my family here for care !

I like doc ye mon but she's so booked that she gets behind and we are always left waiting and the entire appt taking at least an hour if not longer. When I take my child out of class for a 15 min televisit I don't expect to wait on video for 30+ min waiting to talk to a doctor.
