Both the nurse and the doctor did a great job making me feel that I was in the right place to get all my questions answered in the correct manner and I thank them both! I have always received great care at all my Wellstar appointments.

I really appreciate the clean facilities and attentive customer service. From the time I walked in the building through my engagement with the nurse, I felt well cared for. However, I was disappointed by my experience with the doctor. I wish he had a more friendly, engaging demeanor. He walked in and sat right down at the computer and commented about his shoes. He then shared details about real estate investment and a family friend's son in college. He also shared a long explanation of diagnostic vs. screening tests. I think that was his way of saying yearly mammograms are not necessary. It was very sterile. He spent more time typing and looking at the screen than he did getting to know me. He asked me all of the same questions that the nurse asked me. It felt repetitive and unnecessary. I miss my previous nurse practitioner who left the practice, Amanda Harper. Her bedside manner was outstanding. The contrast between my last visit with her and my visit yesterday was significant. I would love recommendations for a primary care provider with a warm and friendly demeanor. Dr. Vollrath was professional and I'm sure he's brilliant, well-accomplished and experienced. I just have a need for greater connection, curiosity and warmth when it comes to my care. Thank you for the opportunity to express myself and share.

Dr. Vollrath's office was great. I went for lab tests afterward. The wait time there was unreasonable. One person was in front of me and no one after me. It was around 5pm. The person before me was in and out quickly. It took quite a while to call me back after that while the associates in that area were saying daily goodbyes and leaving. When I left this area, the lobby was empty and everyone was gone except in the pharmacy.
