The lab closed early for an unknown reason, which made it necessary for me to travel to another location to have my blood drawn.

The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. The nurse was friendly, kind and compassionate making you feel very comfortable. Dr. Vollrath is very thorough, kind and compassionate. I completely trust him and his staff with my care.

I was told to arrive at 7:00 am for my 7:15 appointment. Front office staff did no arrive until 7:15 am for check in. Also the self serve kiosk for check in did not function properly

Another one was in the front office to schedule my follow up appointment when I left.Referral person was clueless. Dr Vollrath and his nurse were caring and patient. I highly recommend the clinicians but not the support staff.
