I always know that the nurse will complete a thorough check of my vitals and update the issues that I am in office to discuss. Dr Vollrath always listens to my concerns, asks many relevant questions. Several times I have had concerns ref treatment changes and he always shows respect, answer questions and makes sure that I understand and feel confident with the changes. This is priceless!

Yes, Dr. Vollrath is an excellent doctor. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends. However, I don't make recommendations of doctors to family and friends just in case they have different opinions. So therefore, I gave a nine on both of those questions about recommending him. If they asked me, 10 out of 10, I would, but I would not just randomly recommend him or any doctor at all. I also wanted to say that I was told on the MyChart to be there at 7 a.m., which I was there before 7, but the office personnel didn't open the door until 7:18. I'm sorry that they're short staff, but that was kind of not really a good look. Dr. Vollrath was there taking his own stats and doing everything himself, so I know he was probably under some amount of stress due to his lack of staffing, and I hope that that would improve in the future.

Everything was fine except for my bad experience with the lab.zThe technician was unable to draw blood and told me return the following. She said she would put me on th schedule. However when I went the following day the technician had failed to put me on the schedule and I was told I could not get my bloodwork done. I was told I had the choice of coming back on Monday or go to Cobb Imaging. This was an inconvenience for me. However the technician at imaging was fantastic

However when I went the following day the technician had failed to put me on the schedule and I was told I could not get my bloodwork done. I was told I had the choice of coming back on Monday or go to Cobb Imaging. This was an inconvenience for me. However the technician at imaging was fantastic
