I was a little disappointed that the Dr could not or would not write out my diagnosis and bring up the fact I will be in home care by nurse.. oxygen & a multitude of medication..also will be having visits for palliative care..needed this letter.for court

Dr. Vollrath is always very thorough and all recommendations are well-thought out. Going to the Dr is never fun, but this team always makes me feel welcome and I truly appreciate their kindness!

Vollrath is always super cool and the phlebotomist was a professional. I hate getting blood drawn but she got it done with me barely noticing. Give her a raise

Yes, I was called back in a timely fashion. I just didn't feel a warm, fuzzy feel from the employees there. So maybe you can do better on giving more customer service in a more friendly environment.
