The front desk was very unprofessional, a lot of laughing going on, not paying attention to what they need to do as far as getting the patient checked in in a timely manner. I sat there for a whole hour at my appointment and didn't get seen almost because the doctor thought that I was a no-show when I was in fact there in the waiting room on time. I waited 45 minutes to go back to the back to be seen because of the front desk clerk. So there needs to be more professionalism and getting the patients checked in in a timely manner.

The front desk lady was nice and the orthopedic resident was nice Everyone else was cold and uncaring about my problem. I'm Extremely upset over my failed bunion fusion. I'm left in constant pain and I cannot wear most of my shoes. It's been a big impact on my quality of life

Well, I just feel like what he's saying is right somewhat, but I'm having pain in my ankle. I got a bone spur or a Q. He haven't did an x-ray yet. He hasn't tried to, yeah, I'm limited on pain medicine and stuff like that, but I mean, he's saying injection, my brain might collapse. You know, I mean, he just, I mean, he's really not head on. He's somewhat skeptical about me. He trying to figure me out or something. I don't know, but I wish he just come on and just trying to help me out with his bone spur. Thank you. Have a blessed day.
