At my follow-up visit to see Dr. Szabo, the staff, the nurses, the x-ray technicians, everyone in the office was so accommodating. They quickly got me back to where I needed to be to go through x-rays and then back over for an examination. And Dr. Szabo was, as usual, very kind and took his time talking to me. I felt I was very important to that practice. And I would recommend the practice to anyone I know. Thank you.

There was nothing done really well about this visit whatsoever. He berated me and verbally abused me in front of the staff, my granddaughter, and my daughter. I would not recommend him to anybody. And I would like a phone call back by a representative that can take a formal complaint for me. He did not engage properly with me. He yelled at me and scolded me. This is all I want to say about it right now.

I really appreciate how everyone took care of me from the staff at the front desk who checked me in and took my information and the lady who did my x-rays. She was very informative to the doctor. I love the experience all around because when I went elsewhere to be seen for this, you know, this ailment at the foot and ankle group, I did not like the service that I received. I didn't feel like the provider really cared. She really kind of wrote off my concerns and kind of told me that there was pretty much, in so many words, nothing I could do about it. Dr. SZabo immediately found the root of the problem. He was able to prescribe me some topical and internal medication for it.

The check in staff acted like they don't want to be tbere and like they didn't care weather you were there or not. They were very unprofessional while my mom sat in the waiting room during my appointment. They were swearing, discussing patient information loudly and even made fun of one patient after he asked to use the restroom.
