The doctors were really kind and friendly and very helpful.

The surgery was successful and I am grateful. But the after-care appts are absolutely horrid. The office is one of the most poorly run offices I have come across in years, and I've worked in healthcare for over 20 years. With the 3 appts we have had, for follow-up care, I have had to wait on average 90 minutes before actually before seeing the PA. Also, when asked about what exercises to do to help strengthen specific muscles, there are no direct answers other than "look it up on YouTube and find something that works best for you". You're supposed to be my doctor. I don't have a history of fracturing my legs and I expect a professional response other than that above I literally despise this practice and will go anywhere else

We have struggling to get a diagnosis. The team was patient, listened and were determined to get a result and relief for my child. It is good to see her smile without the pain and discomfort she was experiencing.

The doctor, Edward, I don't remember his last name, was outstanding. Very, very good. The issue that we had was we were called back and waited, I think, almost 45 minutes before we were seen. So that was a bit troublesome. The wait was far too long. And they could have had us wait in the lobby where we had more to do other than instead of bringing us back into a room and then waiting 45 minutes for someone to, for the doctor to see us. That's all. Otherwise, the doctor was fantastic and we would come back there again. Thank you.

They got me in the same day my toddler broke his leg. There was friendly staff, personable medical personnel and gave me peace of mind and a solid follow up plan. (Consider adding a changing table in the restroom for the toddler parents!!) Thanks for everything!

He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and I am confident in our treatment plan going forward. The only negative was the long wait. We arrived early to check in, only for it to be nearly an hour after our scheduled appointment before we saw the provider. Another patient came in after us, and was called back before us, so that was annoying.
