Please do not change appointment dates as this causes problems to clients who travel for a living and have meetings out of town. Number two, please make sure that the paper you give out has all of the correct information for the labs you are to go to to get your blood work taken. There was a lab that I went to that was on the sheet that was recommended that no longer takes labs and they asked me why I even came there. So I took considerable time trying to go there and then trying to find another lab. So the sheet that was handed out at the front was incorrect.

I'm having a lot of trouble getting my results back on my physical. They called me and told me that they had the results. I called a number they said. It just kept going through stuff. I kept mashing buttons and never got the results. I need the results on my physical, please. Thank you.

Went in for my annual physical and as usual the lab person who was to draw blood wasn't there and I had to go to the Acworth Health Park for this. This has happened on 2 separate occasions. I like the convience of having everything in one place and driving to different facilities. Thus just isn't convientany more.
