Today, the provider I saw was great, but it was a terrible experience. Very, very disappointing and unacceptable. My appointment was at 8:15am. I arrived before 8am. I waited patiently for an hour before I went up to the front to see if there was a problem. They completely forgot about me AFTER I checked in on MyChart before I arrived and checked in with the front desk when I arrived. Then instead of fixing the mistake and taking me back right away, I was told I had to wait for another HOUR before I could be seen AND it was not with my primary provider. I upheld my side of things by arriving on time, checking in and following the process. Yet, I had to move my schedule around to fit their mistake and wait around another hour with a different primary care Dr. This was the worst experience I've ever had at this clinic. Again, the provider was great, but the experience in the office was not. So would I recommend this office? Maybe not because how things went today.

Wonderful practice! However, telephone service told me to go to urgent care for my ear ache as I had to see MY doctor when everyone there is great! So it took a week to get in and I was fine by then as I did go to the urgent care. Thanks!

Unfortunately, the Lab Technician called in sick the morning of my physical appointment and now need to go in for blood work another day. They recommended that I could go to another wellstar facility that day since I was already fasting, so I did go the Heath center in Acworth but there was a huge line waiting for blood work, so I decided not to have it done that day.

From checking in to checking out, everyone was so nice and polite. I'm felt in good hands. Precious did a great job administering vitals and such. Dr. Terry is amazing. He reminds me of how Doctors used to be when they cared and they showed it. Dr. Terry is and has been about my well being from the beginning of my relationship with this office. I cannot enough about the wonderful people in this office. GREAT JOB and THANK YOU!

I have a personal issue that I'm dealing with and I was able to talk openly with him and I felt like he genuinely cared about me as a patient and a person. He listened and was able to give me a meaningful response and perspective. My husband and I both see Dr. Terry and we have already recommended him to our close family; my husband's brother is now a patient of his. We truly feel blessed to have a doctor that is dedicated to healing and look forward to many years under the care of Dr. Terry.
