Very impressed. Wonderful kind man. Seemed interested & caring. Ask lots of questions & waited for answers. Never made me feel Old & never rushed me. I moved from Dahlonega & changed to Dr. Terry. I'm so happy to have him taking care of me.

Front desk area and staff is much better than previous staffing. Too much turnover with doctor assistant making me unsure.

Went in for my annual physical and as usual the lab person who was to draw blood wasn't there and I had to go to the Acworth Health Park for this. This has happened on 2 separate occasions. I like the convience of having everything in one place and driving to different facilities. Thus just isn't convientany more.

Dr. Terry is an excellent physician. He took great care of my teenager during his annual check-up and made the entire visit comfortable and professional. The nurse and the rest of the staff were also wonderful friendly, caring, and efficient. We had a great experience from start to finish.

This is the second time I've been there this year where I had to make a second appointment for blood work, that should not happen especially when they you are scheduling your annual physical where they already know that they need to do a urine and blood lab work.

Yes, I'm leaving a message about the condition of the clinic. The waiting lobby is very drab and unwelcoming and I was disappointed that you don't have anyone in the lab. I think that's very important.

I was greeted promptly and checked in. I was taken back on time and vitals were taken. After that I did not have to wait long for Dr Terry. He was attentive and went over my history with me. I was impressed with him and look forward to having him as my primary care doctor
