The nurse that cared for my grandson was one of the most pleasant and friendly medical attendants we have seen outside of his normal physicians office.

I made an appointment through mychart and when I arrived, provided necessary information and was called back to a room within 2 minutes. The technician was very thorough in her questions, took vitals, and was seen by Donna with 15 minutes (or as soon as my test result was completed). She prescribed what was needed to clear up my bronchitis. Very happy with every aspect of my visit. I've been to this Urgent care before and have always been happy with the care providers. Thank you for having this facility so convenient.

I asked to go ahead and uodate my overdue tetanus shot while I was there and was informed this is not a service they could provide unless I was hurt....I don't understand this policy and think it should be altered.

My nurse was very sweet, and my wait time was not bad at all. But when I finally got in, the doctor was in with me for not even three minutes, didn't really properly assess me or look into why I was feeling the way I did, just prescribed me amoxicillin and Mucinex. So I was upset that I had to pay $360 to get looked at for not even three minutes, and it didn't seem like the doctor itself cared. The nurse was very kind though. Thank you.
