Every person I came in contact with at this facility was so nice and caring. They listened attentively and seemed genuinely concerned about what I was going through. The NP's assistant, Khat, was so kind and compassionate when I broke down crying while telling her what was wrong. The NP on call that evening, Donna, was great, too. She took me seriously and answered all my questions patiently and professionally. Thank you to everyone at this facility for treating me like a person and not just a number. ??
