I was in a great deal of pain and the MMA. I'm sorry I can't remember her name was incredible kind caring and helpful! The doctor was caring understanding listing and I'm very sorry but because of other medical issues, I just can't remember their names right now! But the staff were all wonderful. I can't say enough about how great a bad situation was made.

Director and staff literally said they can't do anything and diagnose Just suggested to visit pediatric urgent care That's the only treatment we got Why don't you just deny upfront if you are going to say go n visit pediatric urgent care Why did you acccept the patient upfront

The front office lady and the nurse assistant (?) were very kind and helpful. But the official Nurse or doctor lady Donna I felt although kind she didn't explain more in detail what I could have. She just asked me what happened, I explained and she recommended bed rest, muscle relaxants, and two steroid shots. No more explaining on whst I could have had or what were my other options.
