We absolutely LOVE Dr Hines! She takes her time asking not just me but the kids questions. I can tell she actually is listening to me and I love that for me! She explains meds and eases worries. She's so down to earth and in my mind we are best friends in real life because her awesomeness overpowers the credentials. Give this lady a raise! She has personally restored my faith in GA healthcare. And to top it off... office staff and nurses - excellent too. Well done well star!

Waiting for an extensive period of time, the rooms need to have something for kids, either a TV or a toy to keep them occupied while we wait. But other than that, overall a great experience.
