The service is terrible. When I made the appointment, they didn't properly inform me that the clinic had moved, and they wasted a lot of my time. They also lost the questionnaires I had already filled out. The customer service representative made fun of people. I think they should be more efficient. The doctor was very kind and examined my son well.

But me and my husband both feel that the nurses or the people assisting Dr. Hines could have more patience with the children. We had an incident where our child did not want to be put down the scale or just was having a hard time letting go of me and her dad. And I felt like it was just a very rushed process. So I felt like if there was more patience in that or if the parents could be more involved, that would be very helpful. Thank you.

I was really impressed with the new location. The cleanliness of it was definitely a plus. The wait time was literally two to three minutes, which is very good for busy parents with multiple children who have lots of things to do throughout the day. And also, the staff was very welcoming as we entered and didn't know where exactly to sit. We were directed from the sick side to the wellness side. So I like the time that they took the time to redirect us to sit on the correct side to make sure that we didn't get sick since we were not there for a sick visit. And the doctor was very informative and she listened to myself and my son's questions and concerns. So I would recommend this doctor for other people as well.
