I have been more than impressed with the care I was provided at WellStar Urgent Care. The outstanding staff took their time to listen, understand, diagnose and treat my critical illness, making sure my meds were in sync with my allergies. Also, in addition to discharge instructions, I was informed about any possible next steps to warrant services of an Emergency Room. Stellar service!

Urgent Care sent me to Wellstar Paulding for imaging. They weren't able to provide that service on-site. They did notify the ER to expect me. However, they did evaluate me before releasing me to report to ER. I really appreciated that.

My daughter came in with an ear infection and swimmer's ear and wasn't getting any better so I took her to her pediatrician this morning and they informed me that your facility did not give her the correct dosage for her antibiotics and she should have been doing two doses of ear drops a day instead of one, and that would be the reason why she has not gotten better in four days. So I almost feel like your visit here was pointless, but I didn't have too many options with it being on the weekend.

The staff was very good. What I didn't care for is I was sent to the Paulding Hospital for further check. I have an inner ear infection and I was sent there to check my heart. We spent an overly long time at the hospital only to find I had an sinus infection.

After I waited being pretty sick for an hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor, I was then sent to, told to go to the ER without even attempting to do an albuterol treatment. I had gotten up to move and I was coughing and based on my oxygen level, she sent me to the ER. My oxygen level at the ER was fine. I did not get any treatment whatsoever because I went home, I was achy, I was sick, and I think this was completely mis-angled. It was also a waste of my time, money. I could have actually been recovering at home. I got no medication. I do have common variable immunodeficiency, so that was important that I did get some

Yes, I wanted to say that this facility has been excellent and so efficient and so wonderful. Two times I've been there. So, bravo. They had an extra help this time with the gentleman opening the door. It felt safer. So, awesome.
