I was glad to get the help that I needed.

I scheduled an appointment. Short wait time to be taken to the room and the PA came in soon after my vitals were compeleted. Overall, my visit was completed within 20 minutes after my arrival.

I want to highly commend this staff for taking care of me yesterday. I came in having an allergic reaction and they were completely on it. I was so impressed at how quickly they reacted. I was so grateful because I was getting extremely nervous about going into complete Anaphylaxis. They really took great care of me from the front desk to the nurses and the care in the back. So thank you all so very much.

I was a walk-in and they did a great job of still getting me in quickly.

Yes, the facility gave a poor standard of care due to the fact that you are unable to do diagnostic tests necessary to diagnose an illness. Therefore, I was sent to the ER after I'd had to pay $280 out of pocket. Now I have to pay more money out of pocket for an emergency room visit.

The wait wasn't too bad, considering it was fairly full. We were brought back and had strep, COVID, and flu swabs done while waiting on the provider, being told the results take up to 20 minutes. I did hear the timer go off after 20 minutes but it was closer to an hour before we were given results, then another few minutes before the provider came in. I DO understand it's urgent care during cold/flu/COVID season but do wish someone had at least stuck their head in the door earlier to inform us. My son was getting very tired and uncomfortable and tired and just wanted to lie down.

I was told be there 15min prior to my apt time which I was. When I checked in I was told I would be checked in at my apt time. Whats the point of getting there early then? I waited an hour before being called back. Was told the test would take 15-20min and the provider would be in. 45min later she finally came in. The staff was extremely loud, laughing, and having a great time while we are all just waiting. I understand theres going to be a wait but I've been at this same facility and was out in less than 45min from checkin to xray, tests, etc so I know it can be done. There were not alot of pts in the waiting area or on the board. The point is maybe try to be respectful of those waiting and not making it seem like a party is going on instead of getting us all in and out at a reasonable time. I am thankful for a less than ER waiting timeframe but isnt that the point of going to urgent care anyway? If my time there had been cut in half which I feel like it could of it would have been a top notch visit.

I understand everyone company has their own policies to follow, we had an appointment at 1:00pm when we arrived at 1:07pm we were informed our appointment had been cancelled and had to be rescheduled for 1:40pm due to a 5 minute grace period provided by wellstar. We ultimately rescheduled because we needed to be seen however we think a 5 minute grace period is far too short especially when we were 2 minutes outside of the grace period. We have no other concerns the staff was otherwise friendly and informative and out visit was short compared to the hospital. The staff gave us the answers we needed and provided medicine and next steps Incase I wasn't feeling any better.

I arrived at 12:15 pm and was given a timeslot of 12:50... I wasn't actually seen until 2 pm and had zero updates on the delay.

I understand everyone company has their own policies to follow, we had an appointment at 1:00pm when we arrived at 1:07pm we were informed our appointment had been cancelled and had to be rescheduled for 1:40pm due to a 5 minute grace period provided by wellstar. We ultimately rescheduled because we needed to be seen however we think a 5 minute grace period is far too short especially when we were 2 minutes outside of the grace period. We have no other concerns the staff was otherwise friendly and informative and out visit was short compared to the hospital. The staff gave us the answers we needed and provided medicine and next steps Incase I wasn't feeling any better.

I was told be there 15min prior to my apt time which I was. When I checked in I was told I would be checked in at my apt time. Whats the point of getting there early then? I waited an hour before being called back. Was told the test would take 15-20min and the provider would be in. 45min later she finally came in. The staff was extremely loud, laughing, and having a great time while we are all just waiting. I understand theres going to be a wait but I've been at this same facility and was out in less than 45min from checkin to xray, tests, etc so I know it can be done. There were not alot of pts in the waiting area or on the board. The point is maybe try to be respectful of those waiting and not making it seem like a party is going on instead of getting us all in and out at a reasonable time. I am thankful for a less than ER waiting timeframe but isnt that the point of going to urgent care anyway? If my time there had been cut in half which I feel like it could of it would have been a top notch visit.

The wait wasn't too bad, considering it was fairly full. We were brought back and had strep, COVID, and flu swabs done while waiting on the provider, being told the results take up to 20 minutes. I did hear the timer go off after 20 minutes but it was closer to an hour before we were given results, then another few minutes before the provider came in. I DO understand it's urgent care during cold/flu/COVID season but do wish someone had at least stuck their head in the door earlier to inform us. My son was getting very tired and uncomfortable and tired and just wanted to lie down.

Yes, the facility gave a poor standard of care due to the fact that you are unable to do diagnostic tests necessary to diagnose an illness. Therefore, I was sent to the ER after I'd had to pay $280 out of pocket. Now I have to pay more money out of pocket for an emergency room visit.

I want to highly commend this staff for taking care of me yesterday. I came in having an allergic reaction and they were completely on it. I was so impressed at how quickly they reacted. I was so grateful because I was getting extremely nervous about going into complete Anaphylaxis. They really took great care of me from the front desk to the nurses and the care in the back. So thank you all so very much.

Very clean facility and the service was excellent. Waiting time for me was ten minutes. Staff were professionals. Posted results on MyChart which was issued immediately.

Dixie, PA was outstanding as were all the staff members I interacted with.

I scheduled an appointment. Short wait time to be taken to the room and the PA came in soon after my vitals were compeleted. Overall, my visit was completed within 20 minutes after my arrival.
