Everyone that provided some type of care today was very understanding of my situation, which was I have Travel out of the country scheduled for tomorrow and will be scuba diving. They recommended a course of medication that should more quickly alleviate my respiratory symptoms. For that I am truly very appreciative.

I went to this urgent care due to dizziness/allergic reaction. The provider did not check anything but a EKG. I expressed concerns about it being related to my allergic reaction and possible fluid in ears. The doctor would not do anything and told me to go to the ER. Doctor told me they would be waiting for me and continuing care which is misleading because it is still a ER process and pt can get the wrong idea of what to expect when going to the ER

I didn't really get better and what's it called? The test results. They sent off a cultured test result, never got the test result back. They kept making it out like it'd just be three days, but three days never came. They never really called me back. I had to call them back, and then I had to go in person. And then the lady at the front desk had to be called to be able to go back to the nurse who's in the back, who she could have just got up and went to the door, opened the door, and gone back to talk to her. And yeah, just sort of... So that sort of sucked.

I had an abscess in my tooth they got me right in and gave me antibiotics in a shot and to take at home. All the team were very helpful.

The entire staff was extremely professional and concerned about my well being. They all greeted me coming in and also leaving. The front desk staff was so polite and sweet, she even told me when I was leaving that she hopes that I feel better. That was really nice of her.?Thank you sweetheart ?
