Well, I would definitely say that my experience was very pleasant. I came in, they gave me the information, I was able to fill it out. Before I could continue to finish filling out the information, I was already called to the room. They were very courteous, very kind. I felt very comfortable and I would definitely come back again. I have no negative thing to say. They were all awesome, from the women at the desk to the women in the room, just all of them. The staff was very nice and very inviting and I really had a pleasant experience and I just want to thank you guys very much.

The outstanding staff took their time to listen, understand, diagnose and treat my critical illness, making sure my meds were in sync with my allergies. Also, in addition to discharge instructions, I was informed about any possible next steps to warrant services of an Emergency Room. Stellar service!

My daughter came in with an ear infection and swimmer's ear and wasn't getting any better so I took her to her pediatrician this morning and they informed me that your facility did not give her the correct dosage for her antibiotics and she should have been doing two doses of ear drops a day instead of one, and that would be the reason why she has not gotten better in four days. So I almost feel like your visit here was pointless, but I didn't have too many options with it being on the weekend.

The staff was very good. What I didn't care for is I was sent to the Paulding Hospital for further check. I have an inner ear infection and I was sent there to check my heart. We spent an overly long time at the hospital only to find I had an sinus infection.
