Dixie the NP is fabulous. Highly recommend

After I waited being pretty sick for an hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor, I was then sent to, told to go to the ER without even attempting to do an albuterol treatment. I had gotten up to move and I was coughing and based on my oxygen level, she sent me to the ER. My oxygen level at the ER was fine. I did not get any treatment whatsoever because I went home, I was achy, I was sick, and I think this was completely mis-angled. It was also a waste of my time, money. I could have actually been recovering at home. I got no medication. I do have common variable immunodeficiency, so that was important that I did get some

Yes, I wanted to say that this facility has been excellent and so efficient and so wonderful. Two times I've been there. So, bravo. They had an extra help this time with the gentleman opening the door. It felt safer. So, awesome.

The service was great. The people were great. I question the validity or the accuracy of your thermometer. It read below normal for me. And when I took my temperature at home, it was 100.1. And the tech said that she could feel the heat coming off me. So I don't know how the thermometer could have read below normal. That might need to be checked.

Mr.Victor, the nurse Treated me as if I was his sister very kind and respectful, especially to my husband. Both the nurse practitioner assistant was very kind and the nurse practitioner herself was extremely kind to me and very patient and the young lady that administer the injection was very kind and patient as well. I will go back to that facilities 100 times more.

She listened intentionally and handled my symptoms with both care and a high level of knowledge. I will definitely return to this facility.

The visit went well and the wait was very reasonable. All of the staff there at the time were nice. I especially liked Dixie Mayberry and the nurse who gave me an injection. They both seemed very knowledgeable. It wasn't too crowded when I was there, but if it was I would want to wait outside . The waiting room seems a bit small.

She gave me my shots and she was very nice and professional too. Front desk staff were friendly. It was an overall good experience under the circumstances.

Yes, I was very satisfied with my visit and the care that I was given, that urgent care of WellSTAR. I had an appointment, you know, I had to wait like a half an hour, but to me that's kind of expected for a doctor's representative to get overwhelmed, but very happy and kind of plan on going there in the future because it's so close to where I live. Yeah, I really appreciate this service and the care, and they're listening really well there.
