The doctor discussed my issues and then asked if I had any questions. He then told me his game plan and asked me what I thought about that and if I had a game plan and we put them together so in other words we came to an agreement together

No complaints professionalism displayed on all levels. Receptionist at sign in desk were outstanding went beyond the call of duty to make sure all the paperwork was corrected. No compliance you got outstanding staff over there. Have a great day.

Quit with all the text messages and emails and miss calculated estimates! I had 3 emails and 8 texts in the last 7 days starting at 8 am. Y'all are worse than bill collectors! 1 email and maybe 2 texts. You should wait until service is rendered before payment is due. In the past y'all screwed up schedule and I prepaid. Y'all reimbursed me two days after realizing Dr. was unavailable, then made me prepay again when new appointment was made. Enough already!
