plain and clear so that you can understand him, what he's saying. Because I couldn't understand hardly what he was saying. And I was looking for the PA to tell me what he was saying, because it looked like he could understand more than I could. That's all. But all in all, He seemed to be a good, thorough doctor. Love the doctor that cared for me however I have a problem with waiting three hours to be waited on. That's totally ridiculous to wait for three hours on appointment. I mention it to my doctor. I weigh hours every single time long Pierce more than two hours. I don't like that love the doctors care if it was another provider I would definitely use them because the wait time is too long. I'm not satisfied at all with the wait time.

This experience was not good at all. It was painful and I felt the stick and the injection. He did not give any warning. The prior injection, which has been a few years ago, was painless and I didn't feel anything.

Very satisfied with the care and treatment I received at the Eye Care center. I consider Dr. Espinosa as the best ophthalmologist I could have for my eye care.

Been going to the Eye Care Ctr. for years. I can still see, I guess that's good. The only problem with the Eye Car Ctr. is appointments, not on their point. If I have to change or re-schedule an appointment, they have appt. schedulers to facilitate this. Having been going to them, happily, for many years, best I can tell, the schedulers , rarely but needed, are mainly women, and they generally do a good job, or they just don't call back, and I hate to be a pesky patient, and call back, but I do and we re-sch. There seems to be one man working in that field. If Dr. Espinosa has me scheduled for an injection once a month or 5 or 6 wks. If I have to change my appt., that's my only problem. I am not a difficult patient at all, that doesn't seem to matter to that man at all. He may and usually does give me an appt. that is 2,3, or4, months from the re-sch. appt. And, as nicely as I can, I try to explain how Dr. Espinosa has put me on this schedule, as a plan to best benefit my condition, and his health plan for me. And, in a raised tone/voice, this man angrily , or bluntly states "Well that's all I've got!". I have to and do accept the appt., and thank you, good bye. It's not just once, it's every time I have ever spoke with the man. So as an alternate plan, when I just have to call to re-sch., if he takes the call, I just hang up, give it a few minutes, and call back and get someone else that is sympathetic, and tries to help the situation. Bottom line is 'This man is just flat out Rude", and unpleasant to deal with. Thank you for listening, I didn't mean to write a book, but I just wanted to make this man's demean known. And life goes on, Thanks

The improvement that's needed is the wait time. Our appointment was at 9.20. We did not see the doctor until about 11.20, so the speed on seeing the doctor needs to be improved. The front staff was fine, was great, and the check-in process and everything else was fine, but after you were through checking in, just the waiting time. to be seen by the physician needs to be significantly improved.

There seems to be one man working in that field. If Dr. Espinosa has me scheduled for an injection once a month or 5 or 6 wks. If I have to change my appt., that's my only problem. I am not a difficult patient at all, that doesn't seem to matter to that man at all. He may and usually does give me an appt. that is 2,3, or4, months from the re-sch. appt. And, as nicely as I can, I try to explain how Dr. Espinosa has put me on this schedule, as a plan to best benefit my condition, and his health plan for me. And, in a raised tone/voice, this man angrily , or bluntly states "Well that's all I've got!". I have to and do accept the appt., and thank you, good bye. It's not just once, it's every time I have ever spoke with the man. So as an alternate plan, when I just have to call to re-sch., if he takes the call, I just hang up, give it a few minutes, and call back and get someone else that is sympathetic, and tries to help the situation. Bottom line is 'This man is just flat out Rude", and unpleasant to deal with. Thank you for listening, I didn't mean to write a book, but I just wanted to make this man's demean known. Been going to the Eye Care Ctr. for years. I can still see, I guess that's good. The only problem with the Eye Car Ctr. is appointments, not on their point. If I have to change or re-schedule an appointment, they have appt. schedulers to facilitate this. Having been going to them, happily, for many years, best I can tell, the schedulers , rarely but needed, are mainly women, and they generally do a good job, or they just don't call back, and I hate to be a pesky patient, and call back, but I do and we re-sch. The improvement that's needed is the wait time. Our appointment was at 9.20. We did not see the doctor until about 11.20, so the speed on seeing the doctor needs to be improved. The front staff was fine, was great, and the check-in process and everything else was fine, but after you were through checking in, just the waiting time. to be seen by the physician needs to be significantly improved.

This experience was not good at all. It was painful and I felt the stick and the injection. He did not give any warning. The prior injection, which has been a few years ago, was painless and I didn't feel anything.

Love the doctor that cared for me however I have a problem with waiting three hours to be waited on. That's totally ridiculous to wait for three hours on appointment. I mention it to my doctor. I weigh hours every single time long Pierce more than two hours. I don't like that love the doctors care if it was another provider I would definitely use them because the wait time is too long. I'm not satisfied at all with the wait time.

plain and clear so that you can understand him, what he's saying. Because I couldn't understand hardly what he was saying.
