My experience was excellent, but I have a recommendation. While seating in the waiting room, a patient's family were playing videos on their cell phones with volumes blaring and no headsets. Is there anyway a sign could be posted to consider patiences when using cell phone?

The doctor lacks professional courtesy and has terrible bedside manner. His responses are somewhat insulting and displays an elitist attitude. I will pursue finding another doctor and will not seek his services. Perhaps he is technical proficient but needs training in human behavior.

As always, a good visit with Dr. Espinosa. He is very thorough and deliberate in his examination. I have great confidence in him.

While the front desk staff were very friendly it was a bit upsetting when the person doing the eye test asked me why I was there? She said that Dr. Espinosa saw people with end of eyesight problems and there were other doctors that could address my concerns. I told her that I made the appointment 8 months prior. I also explained to her that the Wellstar appointments people assigned me to Dr. Espinosa based on my prior retinal care at Vanderbilt Eye Institute in Nashville, TN. I had a 10 year history there. I asked the tech if I would be seen today. She said she wasn't sure and was going to go check. In the end, no one else could see me and she said Dr. Espinosa would see me after all. After the exam with Dr. Espinosa, he told me that due to my eye issues I was indeed in the right place. I return in 6 months. Please remind those who do not make medical decisions to not tell people the problems they are having aren't serious enough to see the doctor they have an appointment with.

Too long of wait time in a very crowded waiting room! This specialist needs some help! He is overworked and over scheduled! As I understand he is the only retinal specialist there. He needs more help in seeing so many patients. Wait time is anywhere between three to four hours!

Parking, final check-in process, waiting rooms and technologist/assistant supplies need major improves. The clinic pod had only one functional tonometer ( to measure intraocular pressure-needed for every patient on initial assessment any for several post procedure ).

Don't schedule so many patients when they need so many tests and only one doctor will be seeing them. It's too much work for one doctor and a long wait for elderly patients.

The wait times are ridiculous my appointments are always at 9 am but I'm not seen until 12:00 it's always 3 hours to wait what's the point I heard the nurses talking that the doctor had 28 eye injections this morning so why was everyone scheduled for 9:00am

The wait times are ridiculous my appointments are always at 9 am but I'm not seen until 12:00 it's always 3 hours to wait what's the point I heard the nurses talking that the doctor had 28 eye injections this morning so why was everyone scheduled for 9:00am

The chair the clean room used for shots is VERY Uncomfortable. I am handicap and I am in pain sitting there. Thinking about contacting Medicare about this

Don't schedule so many patients when they need so many tests and only one doctor will be seeing them. It's too much work for one doctor and a long wait for elderly patients.

Parking, final check-in process, waiting rooms and technologist/assistant supplies need major improves. The clinic pod had only one functional tonometer ( to measure intraocular pressure-needed for every patient on initial assessment any for several post procedure ).

Too long of wait time in a very crowded waiting room! This specialist needs some help! He is overworked and over scheduled! As I understand he is the only retinal specialist there. He needs more help in seeing so many patients. Wait time is anywhere between three to four hours!

While the front desk staff were very friendly it was a bit upsetting when the person doing the eye test asked me why I was there? She said that Dr. Espinosa saw people with end of eyesight problems and there were other doctors that could address my concerns. I told her that I made the appointment 8 months prior. I also explained to her that the Wellstar appointments people assigned me to Dr. Espinosa based on my prior retinal care at Vanderbilt Eye Institute in Nashville, TN. I had a 10 year history there. I asked the tech if I would be seen today. She said she wasn't sure and was going to go check. In the end, no one else could see me and she said Dr. Espinosa would see me after all. After the exam with Dr. Espinosa, he told me that due to my eye issues I was indeed in the right place. I return in 6 months. Please remind those who do not make medical decisions to not tell people the problems they are having aren't serious enough to see the doctor they have an appointment with.

The doctor lacks professional courtesy and has terrible bedside manner. His responses are somewhat insulting and displays an elitist attitude. I will pursue finding another doctor and will not seek his services. Perhaps he is technical proficient but needs training in human behavior.

My experience was excellent, but I have a recommendation. While seating in the waiting room, a patient's family were playing videos on their cell phones with volumes blaring and no headsets. Is there anyway a sign could be posted to consider patiences when using cell phone?
