I did not ask him about my eyes.He said that my eyes was stable and I was satisfied. He had ordered some tests and he studied them thoroughly. He said my eyes was stable and I was pleased.

As far as being proficient, I think the practice is pretty proficient. The one thing that I think bothers me the most about the practice is the long wait times. I mean, when I come over there, I'm going to be over there at least a couple of hours. And that might be normal, but to me, it's a long wait time.

January 17, 2026

5

Everything was done to well satisfaction. Because Dr. Espinosa is so good at what he does. Myself and others try to get in in the appointment. And unfortunately, sometimes I feel that they overbook him. But again, I can understand why. He is an excellent provider. That was my only thing there. Thank you.

January 17, 2026

5

I love my doctor. He's always very good, very kind. The nurses are kind. I am completely and totally happy with my doctor and my experiences at this facility.

January 17, 2026

3

A 4-hour wait was a little much for a person of my age[81]

January 16, 2026

2

He is a man of few words. No bedside manner.

January 16, 2026

5

The doctor and staff does really well, kind and patient. The time that you have to wait to be seen is extremely too long.

January 16, 2026

3

My appt was at 3:30. Saw Dr at 6:00! Then had 1 q/2 he drive to get home. Dr answered my questions, but did not say much otherwise. Not very friendly.

January 14, 2026

5

Had a 1:15pm appt but was requested to be there at 1pm. Arrived and signed in at 12:50 pm. Had a very very long wait and finished and checked out about 4 pm. Spent less than 15 minutes with doctor. I'm a diabetic and my blood sugar Was 62 as we left the doctor. Not a healthy experience for me. Too long appointment!!!

January 14, 2026

5

I waited 3hours to see the dr.

January 14, 2026

5

Wait time much less than previous visits.

January 9, 2026

5

The staff was very nice one lady in particular had a lot of patients with this family that couldn't speak English

January 9, 2026

3

You can most improve by not scheduling as many people at the exact same time because I was there for over two and a half hours before I got called back to the back to actually see not the doctor but the doctor's assistant. Then I still had to wait another 30 minutes before I seen Dr. Espinosa. So I think it's a problem with your scheduling. Thank you very much. Bye.

January 10, 2026

5

Dr Espinoza and all of the staff have always treated me with kindness and respect. They have all helped me through a very tough situation in my life and made it tolerable. Thank you to everyone for not only doing a great job but also doing it with compassion and care.

January 7, 2026

5

My service has always been good with him.

December 19, 2025

5

I appreciate the staff and the doctor. They have been excellent. But when I went to check out, I was told they didn't have available appointments for when he told me I needed to come back. I should be having appointments every two months. She said, well, you can't do that. He always overbooks. So now instead of being two months, I am three months out on my eye injection. And I can start telling the difference in my vision. I'm not real happy about that. And the clerk checking me out had showed no sympathy. He just said, she said, this is just the way it is. Not I'm sorry, not even a polite way of putting it. This is just the way it is, and handed me a sheet to the other eye centers. Not exactly the kind of care or even customer service or patient care I expect, not from WellSTAR and not from Dr. Espinoza. He has been excellent from the start.

December 31, 2025

5

Wait time a little long. Felt cared for by promary dr.

December 17, 2025

3

The wait was extremely long and normally not as long and staff wasn't very nice

December 16, 2025

1

I feel like the doctor was unprofessional and he said one thing to me and wanted me to do something else and told me that my eyes were untreatable, there was no cure, but he was wanting me to spend money to go to another doctor in Atlanta for research. I don't see that.

December 16, 2025

4

Dr. Espinosa is fun and very personable. He has great bedside manner and loves his profession. I have no complaints about his care however the clinic as a whole needs more help. This was my rescheduled appointment due my appointment being canceled mysteriously back in October. I was not notified of the cancelation ahead of time and therefore wasted 4 hrs of PTO and 2 hours of commute time. So my appointment today, went smoothly except that it took 3.5 hours from checkin to checkout. This is clearly a matter of over scheduling with not enough workforce. I typically dont leave negative responses however in this case, it was necessary. The good thing is that there are plenty of people who are in the job market nowadays so that leaves ample opportunity for hiring more help. Thank you for providing me the opportunity to voice my concerns. I know it will be seen, respected and considered. Merry Christmas!

December 12, 2025

3

Wasn't happy at all today , my appointment was @ 10:30am after 3 hours waiting to see my eye doctor , no one should have to wait that long to see there doctor , other people I had spoken to wasn't happy either waiting more than an hour or more , something needs to be done , got to do better !!!!!

December 12, 2025

2

He takes a very long time to just visit with his patient. Needs more waiting room space.

December 15, 2025

5

Dr Espinosa is one of the best physicians Ive ever met. He speaks to you in a way that you can clearly understand what he's explaining and what he's looking for. There's no wondering if you understood correctly or not. He asks you questions to make sure you are leaving with a full understanding of your exam. Simply the best.

December 11, 2025

5

There was an error with scheduling that I learned about after arriving and waiting for some time: I supposed to have an eye injection, but, apparently, today the doctor had a regular clinical day. I was told to return on January 16 for my next appointment. It is critical that the eye injections are done every 4-6 weeks. If waiting till the middle of January, that would bring the interval to 12 weeks. I would like to express sincere gratitude to people that made my treatment possible today: Managers Miss Kenya and Ms Shannon and nurse Miss Amanda Blackman, They arranged the injection, went to order my special medication and provided with support and comfort. I would like them being acknowledged for their professionalism and compassion.

December 6, 2025

4

Do not understand why you can not schedule your next appointment before leaving the office.

December 6, 2025

1

The nurses, the medical students are amazing. They're great. Love them. Dr. Espinosa is awful. He doesn't care about his patients. We're all numbers to him. He doesn't care how we feel or what symptoms we're having. He'll address it at the next visit. That's what I've heard since I started with him in April. You need a new retina specialist.

December 7, 2025

5

I got exceptional service. I was seen quickly and made it well in time to return to work. I have great confidence in Dr. Espinosa. He's an excellent doctor.

December 6, 2025

2

The doctor was running over an hour late but nobody said anything until I sat down to have the eye exam. If I've known then I could've rescheduled so next time say something at the front desk. It wasn't an emergency but my afternoon was completely disrupted because I was in that office probably 90 minutes more than I needed to be

December 5, 2025

5

My rating is based on the time I spent sitting in the office waiting to be seen. I sat there for 2 hours after my appointment time before I ever saw the doctor. There has to be a better way to schedule patients. Other providers in the same office don't usually make me wait this long. I've decided to only take appointments first thing in the AM from now on.

December 5, 2025

1

The nurse who initially saw me named Tammy was the meanest, rudest, and had absolutely no concern when it came to customer care. Worst I ever had. EVER.. When the doctor was seeing me a nurse came in about another patient 3 times. I was in his office 10 minutes. Obviously that was a lot more important. The feedback I received and progress of my eye was minimal but he did not seem impressed. Because I received minimal information. I did not receive my eye drops until 3 days later. I asked to get my refills at the VA, that did not happen and they were not sent over. I just hope my eye heals.

I'm a diabetic and my blood sugar Was 62 as we left the doctor. Not a healthy experience for me. Too long appointment!!!

I got exceptional service. I was seen quickly and made it well in time to return to work. I have great confidence in Dr. Espinosa. He's an excellent doctor.

As far as being proficient, I think the practice is pretty proficient. The one thing that I think bothers me the most about the practice is the long wait times. I mean, when I come over there, I'm going to be over there at least a couple of hours. And that might be normal, but to me, it's a long wait time.

Everything was done to well satisfaction. Because Dr. Espinosa is so good at what he does. Myself and others try to get in in the appointment. And unfortunately, sometimes I feel that they overbook him. But again, I can understand why. He is an excellent provider. That was my only thing there. Thank you.

Bye.

The doctor was running over an hour late but nobody said anything until I sat down to have the eye exam. If I've known then I could've rescheduled so next time say something at the front desk.
