Even though the procedure is proficiently done, it would be appreciated if there was a time to ask questions or for the doctor to give some information on what he expects the medication should do or some background info if it helps to understand why this procedure is chosen.

He is a very good doctor! My only complaint is that he is the only one who does what he does and he was booked to the max! My appointment was at 9:45 and I didn't leave until 1:15 and I was starting to get upset that I would miss my cardiologist app across the street it was at 1:00.. HE NEEDS HELP !! He is a great doctor but he isn't "SUPER MAN" and I doubt he complains!! But there was a waiting room full of people who had been in my opinion over booked! Some and had actually been there much longer than myself!!

February 9, 2026

Why do you continually overbook patients causing them to be there for over 3 hours? My husband is on oxygen and his portable ran out yesterday. You loaned him a tank thankfully but when I requested a wheelchair for him to get back downstairs no one picked up the phone. So we had to struggle with that tank and his rollator. And you couldn't wait to call for that tank back! And when are you going to reopen the second patient entrance at the parking deck? It's been closed for over a year! Do you realize how inconvenient that is for us since I have to drop him at the door and then go out of the parking lot back onto 15th street make a U-turn and come back into the lot and then find a parking space! Be more considerate of us older people!!!

February 8, 2026

I was there over 3 hours. There were about 6 of us all waiting to see the doctor in the waiting room at the same time - every seat was full and everyone said it would take forever. This is not acceptable - 2 hours yes but over 3 hours when I had a 8:45 appointment! I do not feel like he does a good job of explaining what my problem with my eyes are and why I need to come every 6 months. I leave very upset at how long it takes and how little I understand.

February 7, 2026

2

My appointment was scheduled for 9 am. At 10:30 I was told 6 people were ahead of me! At 12 noon I was told 4 people were ahead of me. I had another meeting to go to so I had to leave and I never saw the doctor! Reschedule but it is not until August. I really like the doctor but your office schedules are a disaster

February 7, 2026

4

My appointment was for 3pm. I arrived around 2:30. I was not seen by my doctor until 6pm.

February 7, 2026

1

I arrived for my appointment at 1:47 pm for a 2pm appointment. I did not leave until 5pm. I saw the Dr for all of 5 minutes to which he had the resident google my condition in front of me as he was charting on another patient to see what he needed to do for why I was there. He asked me who sent me twice and why I was there. Looked at me for all of 10 seconds to tell me I was fine. All staff had left practice before I was called back to see him. Multiple elderly patients left in waiting room once my visit was complete. Very unprofessional and unacceptable patient care. I will not return.

February 7, 2026

4

I had to wait over 2 hours before seeing the doctor. Parking is a nightmare since the latest changes were made. If you drop a patient off at the next to the last doors there is no way to get back into the garage without going back out on the street, turning around somewhere, and driving back to the garage. Some patients cannot walk the distance from the garage to the doors, hence the need to drop them off. Then , there are no entrance ramps to get into the garage from that drop off point making it necessary to return to the street and make your way back to the garage. No matter what time of day we arrive finding a parking spot in the garage is an additional nightmare. We dread every appointment because of the parking situation.

February 7, 2026

5

I'm really happy with the all the eye care members I have good experience thanks to everyone

February 7, 2026

5

For patient care, and medical knowledge, you're the best!

February 6, 2026

4

For the people waiting, it should be organized a little better, but other than that, everything was great.

February 6, 2026

2

The parking was poor I had to go to 3 garages to find a spot. The wait was 2.5 hrs past the appointment time. The retina specialist seemed rushed and didn't give a good report of my child's vision, in terms of how he is doing. The office staff tried to charge me the cost without insurance payment. I am not satisfied with our experience at Wellstar and am looking to move care even though it will mean driving 2.5 hrs to get treatment for my son.

February 6, 2026

5

They don't treat everyone the same. They don't call you by your appointment time. Some people go in front other either if you got there before them.

February 5, 2026

4

I did not ask him about my eyes.He said that my eyes was stable and I was satisfied. He had ordered some tests and he studied them thoroughly. He said my eyes was stable and I was pleased.

January 17, 2026

5

As far as being proficient, I think the practice is pretty proficient. The one thing that I think bothers me the most about the practice is the long wait times. I mean, when I come over there, I'm going to be over there at least a couple of hours. And that might be normal, but to me, it's a long wait time.

January 17, 2026

5

Everything was done to well satisfaction. Because Dr. Espinosa is so good at what he does. Myself and others try to get in in the appointment. And unfortunately, sometimes I feel that they overbook him. But again, I can understand why. He is an excellent provider. That was my only thing there. Thank you.

January 17, 2026

5

I love my doctor. He's always very good, very kind. The nurses are kind. I am completely and totally happy with my doctor and my experiences at this facility.

My appt was at 3:30. Saw Dr at 6:00! Then had 1 q/2 he drive to get home. Dr answered my questions, but did not say much otherwise. Not very friendly.

January 14, 2026

5

Had a 1:15pm appt but was requested to be there at 1pm. Arrived and signed in at 12:50 pm. Had a very very long wait and finished and checked out about 4 pm. Spent less than 15 minutes with doctor. I'm a diabetic and my blood sugar Was 62 as we left the doctor. Not a healthy experience for me. Too long appointment!!!

January 14, 2026

5

I waited 3hours to see the dr.

January 14, 2026

5

Wait time much less than previous visits.

January 9, 2026

5

The staff was very nice one lady in particular had a lot of patients with this family that couldn't speak English

January 9, 2026

3

You can most improve by not scheduling as many people at the exact same time because I was there for over two and a half hours before I got called back to the back to actually see not the doctor but the doctor's assistant. Then I still had to wait another 30 minutes before I seen Dr. Espinosa. So I think it's a problem with your scheduling. Thank you very much. Bye.

January 10, 2026

5

Dr Espinoza and all of the staff have always treated me with kindness and respect. They have all helped me through a very tough situation in my life and made it tolerable. Thank you to everyone for not only doing a great job but also doing it with compassion and care.

January 7, 2026

December 19, 2025

5

I appreciate the staff and the doctor. They have been excellent. But when I went to check out, I was told they didn't have available appointments for when he told me I needed to come back. I should be having appointments every two months. She said, well, you can't do that. He always overbooks. So now instead of being two months, I am three months out on my eye injection. And I can start telling the difference in my vision. I'm not real happy about that. And the clerk checking me out had showed no sympathy. He just said, she said, this is just the way it is. Not I'm sorry, not even a polite way of putting it. This is just the way it is, and handed me a sheet to the other eye centers. Not exactly the kind of care or even customer service or patient care I expect, not from WellSTAR and not from Dr. Espinoza. He has been excellent from the start.

As far as being proficient, I think the practice is pretty proficient. The one thing that I think bothers me the most about the practice is the long wait times. I mean, when I come over there, I'm going to be over there at least a couple of hours. And that might be normal, but to me, it's a long wait time.

Everything was done to well satisfaction. Because Dr. Espinosa is so good at what he does. Myself and others try to get in in the appointment. And unfortunately, sometimes I feel that they overbook him. But again, I can understand why. He is an excellent provider. That was my only thing there. Thank you.

I love my doctor. He's always very good, very kind. The nurses are kind. I am completely and totally happy with my doctor and my experiences at this facility.

Even though the procedure is proficiently done, it would be appreciated if there was a time to ask questions or for the doctor to give some information on what he expects the medication should do or some background info if it helps to understand why this procedure is chosen.

I was there over 3 hours. There were about 6 of us all waiting to see the doctor in the waiting room at the same time - every seat was full and everyone said it would take forever. This is not acceptable - 2 hours yes but over 3 hours when I had a 8:45 appointment! I do not feel like he does a good job of explaining what my problem with my eyes are and why I need to come every 6 months. I leave very upset at how long it takes and how little I understand.

February 7, 2026

My appointment was scheduled for 9 am. At 10:30 I was told 6 people were ahead of me! At 12 noon I was told 4 people were ahead of me.
