To check in we had to wait for desk clerk to put her CELL phone down. When we were leaving to check out to schedule follow up appointment, there was no one at the desk and we waited at least 15 minutes for the desk clerk to return. Before she helped us we had to wait for her to find her cord to plug in her CELL phone to recharge. When I told her that the wrong medication was showing on my chart and wanted to have someone verify with the doctor, she was a bit put out at first then helped get it resolved as it was the wrong one and was corrected before I left. The doctor, students and nurse were all great! Just service desk is awful throughout y'all system and CELL phones seem to be more priority than patients in ALL practices we visit.

The surgical history in the HPI has been and continues to be incorrect. I was asked by medications were current & I told her they have been incorrect in the past and no corrections were ever made so no. She did not pursue the matter any further. If the clinical staff doesn't care if meds are current then why ask!
