Dr. Reddy was awesome, as always! He took the time to listen to my concerns and address them. He not only shared his recommendations for my care, but he talked through the reason for his recommendations and talked through a longer term plan as well. He shared his recommendations based on experience and I genuinely feel he cares for my concerns and the outcome of my care. The MA was very personable and friendly. She listened to my concerns. The facility is beautiful and clean. I appreciate the kindness of the front staff, and the music in the lobby is relaxing. The lab technician was friendly and gentle. Once I got to the back, the lab draw was quick. There was a little wait to get to the back in the lab about 15-20min), and there were a lot of urine samples in the collection door - about 5 or 6.

when I called the main scheduling line for an appointment, i received an appointment only for next calendar year-several months out. I called the office directly and got an appointment 3 weeks out. This is the experience of many others i know of as well. something is not working properly in your system if i have to wait months for an appointment, how likely am i to continue with Wellstar????
