Great, the lab wasn't great IE one lady wasn't very nice. I was trying to help a couple check in. The screen was messy. The lady couldn't see, didn't understand the commands being on the left on the bottom inside or in the action field and then she gets snippy with me and all I was trying to do is help them. There was no need for that. And then I waited apparently I was being punished.

She did an great job of listening so she understood some of the things we have effecting us at this time. She did an absolutely fantastic job evaluating my situation and recommending an ablation. At the same time she explained everything we could have thought of at the time. She explained how the current medicine works and the impact it has on the afib. We feel totally confident in her knowledge and her explanation of what will occur with the ablation. Will recommend Destiny and Wellstar Cardiology.

It's ridiculous that I can't make an appointment 6 months from now. I have to make a note, that I will probably lose, to call them in October to make a January appointment. Wellstar will lose patients because of this stupid practice. I personally have an office to call in August and now one to call in October. With no reminders. Maybe I'll remember to call. Maybe I'll see if Piedmont can make advance visits.
