The nurse who did my blood pressure etc. argued with me about my allergy list. She didn't appear to know what malignant hyperthermia was and refused to note it in my record. Second, she changed my height from 63 inches to 62 inches. She insisted that I answer her questions while my blood pressure was being taken. I had to advise her that this would raise my blood pressure. She was very unpleasant to say the least. The P.A. was okay. I was amazed that some doctor came into the appointment. I didn't really get to ask questions. He just stated unequivocally that I didn't need surgery which made me very happy. A more thorough look at the films would have helped. I feel that the practice made the appointment just to make money without any concern for me as a patient.
