A doctor wouldn't listen to what I was saying I was trying to explain how I was feeling, and she wouldn't listen to me and cut me off

The X-ray tech was phenomenal. Everything else I feel was more effective with Google. Went in for an X-ray and care of an injured ankle that they found was sprained. I realized later I was referred to an Orthopedist in my paperwork but that was not clear from provider. Dierdre was difficult to understand, very vague and then pat and pressed on my hurt ankle with both hands bc she forgot it was hurt by end of appointment. I'm sure the staff is overworked but this was subpar care. The tech came to put an ankle brace on me and didn't know how and placed it like a plus sign sticking out at s right angle from my leg. I had to show her how to out it on.

Everyone is nice. Especially the front desk and the nurse that helped me before and after the NP visit. I watched a man be rude to the desk for no reason and they handled him well. The nurse that took my vitals is absolutely in the right profession where she is meant to be. She's very caring and explains things so well.

Consquella at the front was very prompt professional and kind. Cynthia showed genuine compassion, concern and took good care of me. Deidre NP was wonderful . She made sure she covered all of my concerns, she is extremely knowledgeable, and made sure we understood the plan . Jenny was the cherry on top!

Everything and everyone was mostly great and efficient. I was there for less than an hour from check in to out. The only negatives were the provider never mentioned she was sending out a strep culture. I'm glad it was sent out because it was positive for strep but there obviously needs to be communication about what is being sent out. I received a prompt phone call from staff when test results were back. I was out of state when they came back though and the providers that called stated they weren't able to call in an rx across state lines so it was a bit of a hassle on my end to get the rx. As a provider myself, this isn't true (I do it often without any issue as I work close to a state line). A bit of education to the providers would be helpful in case this arises for someone else.
