The nurse that helped me, Jennifer, was wonderful! You could tell she geniunely cared. The Nurse Practioner Deidre Floyd, was also wonderful. I went there feeling terrible, and left feeling like a new person! Thank you to them for their compassion and care.

I wish they would have given me the number of the orthopedic physician to follow up with. Wellstar did call me but I missed the call. By the time I called back I was offered an appointment I week from today for my fx ankle Not good. I'm glad I was able to find a physician that could see me today. Big fail!

The doctor who saw me did not really ask me what happened or why it was hurting or anything like that. I heard him talking in the hall to nurses about it, but he didn't ask me personally about it. And he put a problem diagnosis on the page that I took home, but never mentioned that to me in person. It was like he didn't believe what I said. So, anyway, thanks. Bye-bye.

The facility was not ready for handling the fall examination. They knew it right from the beginning yet they checked us in took time and then told us to go to Children's ER. Wellstar just cares about billing n not so much about what's right for the patients. I will never ever go back to Urgent care Wellstar as they have no what's right for patient upfront mentality. Wellstar cares about billing. Made us fill out forms vs focusing on providing care in the beginning.
