The front office staff was very pushy and rude about receiving payment. The paper states they are requesting an estimated amount of $156 however my insurance tells me not to pay until the EOB is received because it is always less. Last time my family paid in person at the time of appointment, we never got the remaining balance back or received a credit for it. I always pay my bills as soon as I get them but I do not appreciate how rude the front staff was about this and acted as if I was incompetent of the healthcare system. The providers were great but I won't be returning back to this specific practice because of how uncomfortable they made me.

My last visit was bad . She was not listening to what I said or what I asked.. she did not even go to look at my chart. She left the room with anger and slammed the door and make me so disappointed.. I ended up to go to other facility to get the right medication for my concern
