I had a ressy for 1030. I arrived behind two people who were walkins. The walkins were seen before me. What is the point of making a reservation which is not easy on your site only to have people who walk in go ahead of you?

Consquella at the front was very prompt professional and kind. Cynthia showed genuine compassion, concern and took good care of me. Deidre NP was wonderful . She made sure she covered all of my concerns, she is extremely knowledgeable, and made sure we understood the plan . Jenny was the cherry on top!

Everything and everyone was mostly great and efficient. I was there for less than an hour from check in to out. The only negatives were the provider never mentioned she was sending out a strep culture. I'm glad it was sent out because it was positive for strep but there obviously needs to be communication about what is being sent out. I received a prompt phone call from staff when test results were back. I was out of state when they came back though and the providers that called stated they weren't able to call in an rx across state lines so it was a bit of a hassle on my end to get the rx. As a provider myself, this isn't true (I do it often without any issue as I work close to a state line). A bit of education to the providers would be helpful in case this arises for someone else.

We were concerned about the possibility of a hernia for our son. The doctor was unable to help with this and recommended we go to the emergency room. The emergency room doctor could not understand why we were there since they said that it is a hematoma and not a hernia. I am not a medical professional, but a doctor should be able to tell the difference between a hernia and a hematoma. That is why we brought our son to see a doctor. If your doctor cannot tell the difference between these two things then maybe they should not be seeing patients. The visit to your office that day will be costing more money than it should since it unnecessarily required an ER visit after our visit to your facility. I feel that we should not have to pay for this visit since your doctor could not help and just referred us to an expensive and unnecessary ER visit.
