This urgent care used to be great. However, it has gone downhill. I was prescribed medication that had TWO drug interactions with my normal medications. The pharmacy caught it, and I had to wait two more days for my prescriptions. My daughter tried to explain more about my condition, but the provider didn't want to listen. Terrible service, waste of a trip. I will be finding a new location.

I was having a reaction to a steroid injection I received at the orthopedist office. The urgent care staff was very calming & professional.

Everyone I met there was very nice and seemed to have my best interests in mind. Although I left there still having ear wax and a very sore ear instead of getting it all cleared out, they tried their hardest. Maybe an ERT doctor would have had better results, but I don't blame this group for not getting results because they gave it a good try.

I came in as I was concerned about bumps forming on my arms. At no time was I examined, or my problem looked at. The NP never came close enough to observe what my concerns were !! Not trying to get her in any trouble but I will NOT return eventhough it is close.

Amber at front desk was great, kind and super nice. Jennifer was the RN was also very nice and caring. Octavia did the xray she was so caring and considerate . Deidre was an amazing provider. She listened to me and told me next steps if my foot did not get better. Thank you all for the amazing service and taking care of me and my family

Very frustrated with communication. The doctor left for the evening without discussing my test results. Nurses don't seem to have any pull to get the doctors to speak with you. I was really hoping to have answers and be ready to leave in the morning since I am in zero pain and eating food just fine. Instead it looks like I'll have to spend another night in these uncomfortable beds and hope they actually let me out tomorrow. Fees like a real insurance billing scam.

I came in to your location after contacting the office to insure that this facility could treat the illness I thought I had. The doctor walked in the room looked once at the cyst on my head and announced that it was not anything they could deal with. Which would have been fine other than the truly dismissive tone that she had as she told me this. I asked follow up questions which we also dismissed. She spoke down to me the entire time and had me leave the facility with no action steps about what to do going forward for my treatment. The front office lady was awesome. She could tell by the look on my face as I walked back into the waiting room that something had happened. What had been a kind and boisterous customer (me) had morphed into a very dissatisfied and somewhat angry ex patron. I did not have high hopes for a "big box" Dr office. And believe me when I tell you that the level of service that was provided to me falls far short of your leaderships standards and most certainly you shareholders expectations.
