My experience Saturday was amazing. Got in quickly, nurse listened and diagnosed my problem and honestly saved my weekend plans by removing an object from my foot. I'm very thankful for the service I received. I only didn't give a 10 out of 10, because I've had mixed experiences in the past.

Everyone was very friendly, but wanted to especially call out the front desk receptionist. She was fantastic with my son and very thoughtful, helpful and patient. She even gave him highlighters to draw with so I could complete the paperwork. Thank you!

I think urgent care is largely about location but also the ability to make an appointment Wellstar provides both. I would like to offer two criticisms: On your standard discharge form under continue taking theses meds simvistan is listed. Under instructions it clearly says there are drug interactions and to stop taking for 5 days. I suspect this is an error in the computer system as it should allow the provider to put an asterisk or comment in this section to prevent confusion Almost immediately after my visit I got an email to find my perfect primary partner obviously prompted by my visit. I should not get this as my primary is a Wellstar physician. Whatever app you are using should screen that out.

The provider I saw showed zero concern for my symptoms. I went to another urgent care the next day where I was diagnosed with pneumonia. This provider did not look further into my symptoms after I tested negative for Covid and sent me home. I will not be returning to this provider. I had a horrible experience with Deidre Floyd and wish to never see her again.
