Super kind and helpful staff and PA - helped me get in and out of there quickly so I could pick up prednisone prescription before my pharmacy closed! With a nasty dermatitis, I was incredibly grateful.

First, my 4:40 p.m. appt started about 5:10 and was done by 5:30. Second, the prescription was sent without a quantity to dispense. Really? Third, the pharmacy tried to contact the clinic, but the PHONES WERE INOPERATIVE TO INCOMING CALLS AT THE CLINIC. WHO PLANNED THAT FOR THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY? Fourth, I will be taking all my business to Piedmont Clinics from now on. Don't feel bad, I am getting rid of the incompetent fools at Walgreens, too. Your company has made a very simple transaction a chaotic situation. Whenever I have gone to your clinics, or my PCP, my BP jumps sky high because I know somebody will screw something up.

My visit was pleasant but making the appointment through My Chart was difficult. Too nany "oops we're sorry" and no confirmation that I had an appointment. I went to the facility at my supposed time just in case my appointment was made.

My visit was a waste of time in my opinion. No one showed concern, NP dismissed it as a "it's just a virus going around". I just received a call from a very disgruntled employee talking really fast that I could not understand where they were calling from, after she identified herself calling from Wellstar she proceed to ask me for my DOB for some test results. I asked her what test results since the only test I got during my visit as for strep throat which the nurse had already giving me the results during the visit. The disgruntled employee seemed to get really annoyed because I did not give her my DOB and said "I cannot keep talking to you after this conversation" and hung up the phone. This is not the right way to communicate with patients. Wellstar needs to train their employees better.

No concern was shown by the RN it was almost like it was a bother being there and they were just trying to get me just. Little concern was shown for my pain and my symptoms were down played. I ended up in pain over the weekend and went to my PCP the following Monday he diagnosed a lower GI spasm and gave me an antispasmodic which relieved the issues within 24 hrs. If your team had spend a little more time actually listening to my issues they would not has dismissed me so readily. Just sad no one will actually get read this and not cause anyone else unnecessary pain.

I had serious pneumonia. I had to get a second opinion at another urgent care who told me I would have been in the ER in another day. She barely listened to my breathing and seemed to want me out of there as quickly as possible.

The Nurse PA told my daughter not to eat if she wasn't hungry. I explained to the NP that my daughter had just been discharged from a 12 week eating disorder program and that eating regular meals is critical.

My finger proved to be sprained and not broken which was an ideal outcome however I would have preferred a whole finger splint rather than the 1" splint I received. Went home and taped my two fingers together which provided the extra support needed. Thank you!!!
