Waited a very long time for results of X-Ray. No one came to tell us how long the wait. Finally it was beginning to get dark, so we had to leave. X-Ray didn't show anything to solve my problem. We left with no answer to cause of my medical problem.

I did make an appointment the night before my visit. I had to wait probably about 30 minutes but have no complaints about the wait because the facility was extremely crowded and busy. In my opinion, everyone was working diligently, yet each employee-from front desk to various levels of medical training-was personable, professional, and hard-working.

The nurses and staff were great. The actual doctor did not listen to my issues, tried to push a covid test when I informed I was a self pay patient and had the same issues as the previous 2 years but said since I had only been experiencing symptoms for a few days that I could not be given a prescription. The doctor was rude and did not listen to me or obviously did not read my file so now I am going to have to suffer the symptoms. I'm very unhappy. The nurses was great and helpful.

So the person who checked me in was fantastic. I was having a nosebleed issue. I had called before I set up the appointment to ask if the facility did cauterizations. They told me they did. But once I got to see the nurse practitioner, I was told that unless it was bleeding currently, they wouldn't do that. I have to admit that sounds ridiculous. And if that is truly the case, they should have told me that before I came in.
