What good is the result in your system when results are reported long after you depart and nobody call you, no follow up is recommended & results are not added to profile & condition to improve Diagnosis & treatment.

The admin upfront helped me sign in because I had forgot my eyeglasses. She was very helpful and very courteous to me and I'll always go back there for any urgent care and everybody came in promptly. The most polite caretakers I've ever been to in a long time.

We walked in 30 Mins before closing on a Sunday night during an ice storm to get stitches. They stayed late for us, did not rush us and took their times explaining what I needed to do since I was bit by a dog. Deidre did a nice job on my stitches. Thank you all.

The RN was very kind but the provider was incredibly dismissive and patronizing. Practically laughing at how upset I was from being sick and not having any advice other than OTC meds. This was such a disheartening and disappointing visit. I left sobbing. This has been my go to urgent care for several years now but after this visit I'm not sure I'll be returning. This was without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had with a provider at urgent care.
