She took my complaint seriously and gave me a path forward in using a secondary approach if the first line wasn't enough, which she went ahead and prescribed so that I wouldn't have to come back in. I really appreciated this!

My son was super sick and she took such good care and explained things in lay language. I am actually am a medical writer whose job focuses on health literacy and patient education, so I was so impressed with DEIDRA's ability to speak in ways my child and I would understand. She took here time and reassured us. Great doctor. Worth the wait.
