I wanted to say that the entire staff at the front desk, the nurse, and the provider, Deidra , all treated us really kindly and with a concerned attitude. They were delightful to work with, every one of them. And I felt like Deidra , the provider, was very knowledgeable and very careful about what she recommended for me and very thorough too.

I wish I could say this about other urgent cares I've been to in the past. I've always had a good experience here and this time was no exception. They are doing it RIGHT!

She did not discuss a recommendation for possible treatment for an issue but put it on the report which i did not read until I arrived back at my home. I was a little upset with what I read and she not discussing it with me. Also she talks too much!

I felt like my provider gave me her full attention. She had looked at my chart before coming into my room. She took my complaint seriously and gave me a path forward in using a secondary approach if the first line wasn't enough, which she went ahead and prescribed so that I wouldn't have to come back in. I really appreciated this!
