The wait was very very long even with an appointment but the front desk was kind and kept us updated. The doctor DEIDRA was AMAZING. My son was super sick and she took such good care and explained things in lay language. I am actually am a medical writer whose job focuses on health literacy and patient education, so I was so impressed with DEIDRA's ability to speak in ways my child and I would understand. She took here time and reassured us. Great doctor. Worth the wait.

Unfortunately, I do not remember her name, but my doctor was incredibly helpful. She had an awesome bedside manner where she made me feel like I was being heard. She made me feel like we were making decisions together on what to do. And I genuinely, like, I really enjoyed my experience. And if I ever have to go to urgent care, I'm going to go there with the hopes that I would be able to see that provider again.

Deidra showed understanding for my concern. I also have to mention she stood face-to-face with me and did not break eye contact one time. I thought this was very professional. The MA (I cannot remember her name) was also amazing and so sweet. I could not have had a better experience at an urgent care, honestly.
