I feel very comfortable working with Dr. Theiss. She has been very professional and very thorough in her explanations and in her treatment. I do view the staff at the facility on Roswell to be a little less competent or caring compared to the staff at the Tennystone location.

I had a 12:30 appointment and was to be there at 12:15. I arrived at 12:15 and it was a "two station desk" with a staff member at the other desk four feet away and never acknowledged me for several minutes until I asked her. Very unprofessional just to let me stand there, until I asked her. I don't think she was associated with my doctor, however if she is sitting there at the receptionist desk, PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SOMEONE IS STANDING THERE AND DON't Ignore them!

Everything went wonderful. I was a little nervous going to the doctor. As soon as I walked in, I felt very calm. The doctor, these seemed extremely knowledgeable and as well as her nurses there. It was very homey, decorated for fall. I loved it. Period.
