Dr. Theiss goes over EVERY aspect of the recommended treatments and explains in detail so I can understand and ask questions on anything I do not fully understand. I have been going to her practice for well over two+ years and she has been working with me to treat and make sure I am getting my best treatment. I have told other friends and family if you need a great Urologist that she is the best doctor for you. I have used the my chart messages to contact her and have always gotten a response quickly on what my concern is or update her on my condition. She is the doctor I trust complimentary for handling my medical condition.

This was a good experience. The only problem was that the information needed by Dr. Theiss was not delivered to her from Oak Street. Wellstar called me and told Me to bring the lab results. I called Oak Street and they said they would fax the info to Dr. Theiss. Why oh why did Wellstar not contact Oak Street for the info?
