Dr. Theiss and the entire Wellstar Urology team are some of the best doctors I see. They are informative, caring and enjoyable to work with. They exhibit compassion while doing what is necessary to help with concerns.

This was a good experience. The only problem was that the information needed by Dr. Theiss was not delivered to her from Oak Street. Wellstar called me and told Me to bring the lab results. I called Oak Street and they said they would fax the info to Dr. Theiss. Why oh why did Wellstar not contact Oak Street for the info?

The check in process was somewhat like a feed stall. But the person checking me in was nice but very little privacy among the patients checking in at the same time. The assistant to the DR was super nice and the doctor was great. Made me feel very comfortable.

At my age you start to see doctors more often. You can definitely feel/know when you are in the right hands. Dr. Theiss and her nurse were wonderful.
