This medical office provided a very knowledgeable and professional. The front desk and nurse were helpful and friendly. The only challenge was getting an appointment with my current provider. I had to wait a long time, even though I know she's the best. It would be nice to have an option to schedule an appointment and be seen within two weeks at most.

MA didn't explain why our what was happening regarding a bladder ultrasound. I had to ask why I was told to sit on the table and unbutton my pants. This was my first visit there and things should have been explained

The doctor and the staff were very friendly and attentive. However, I just was wondering after the care when I had my test results back from the urine culture, I was not able to get much information. I called the office and they somehow prescribed me an antibiotics, but I still don't know what's wrong with me. So it would be great if they are able to respond.
