I waited in the patient room almost 30 minutes before the PA/Doctor came in & that was after I stepped in the hallway to see what was taking so long being that my appointment was the first one after lunch & there was still an extended wait.

We have a special needs child who really doesn't conform well to waiting or to any kind of bandaging or many, many hurdles along the way, especially anything related to plastic surgery. And they were so kind and supportive and just simply amazing for the process as we went through it and worked to find the best methods for Abby and who our child. We felt beyond blessed by their care and attention. Thank you.
