We pay lot of money, and we expect a higher level of professionalism. At minimum, the scrubs should be properly ironed and presented neatly and how an appointment at in the morning most likely second appointment of the day is running 25 minutes late

I was under the impression, I would receive treatment today. Come to find out it was a meet and greet appt. Now I need to drive another hour, for another appt. On a good note, staff was friendly.
