My only problem is that I've tried to create an account with WellStar My Chat, but I have not been able to. I can still log in using my username with my birthdate, but that's all I can do. It would be good if WellStar can fix it to where it won't be as complicated. Otherwise, the medical care is excellent.

My appointment was for 0915 but I didn't see the doctor until about 11 something. This kind of wait has happened at every appointment I have had. I realize things happen but why ask patients to arrive 15 minutes earlier than their appointment time just to wait that much longer???

Dr Smith listened and added in his notes that my mom needs more PT to walk and that she needs to use the wedge she was given at the hospital, which her rehab facility sloughed off. I was very pleased with his proactive approach to my mom's wellbeing.
