I have seen Dr Shephard for about three or four years. He is a caring and compassionate doctor. He comes in and asks about our travels and upcoming cruises. He seems interested in our lives and us as people. He is a wonderful doctor and a joy to talk to when we visit him. His nurse was very personable and we enjoyed talking to her as well. It is a wonderful practice and everyone from the lady at the front desk to check me in to the doctor is a joy,

As a new patient, I was pleased with the care that I received from Dr. Shephard. Dr. Shephard was very knowledgeable about my health history and attentive to my concerns. He answered all my questions and gave me suggestions on how best to address my issues. Overall, I had a good experience with the staff at Wellstar.

The nurse assistant was very concern with my care and saw that I was very upset as to my health and care that she took it to the next step and asked me did I want to speak to someone about what and how I was feeling. She show me compassion and understanding as to what was different from when I came in about a month ago.

From reception desk to meeting the doctor. Everyone was very kind and professional. I love meeting Dr Shepard. He took time with me and explained everything. I have to get blood drawn which is an event in itself. It took three sticks, but they were very apologetic , but I warned them.. and we laughed. It was a very pleasant experience. Ten stars

Dr. Shepard and his staff are phenomenal. Each time this visit comes into my rotation of follow up visits, I cringe . It's not fear as much as the reality that there is a need to stay on top of my remission. Dr. Shepard and his staff are very comforting to the process . Each person compliments and feeds the positive spirit of the other . As a patient I feel taken care of with sincerity by each person that's a part of my care in his practice.

I thought that they were very professional. They were very knowledgeable and they offered a number of suggestions on what I could do at home. I understand the language of what he was trying to tell me in layman's terms. He really was able to get his point across.
