The nurse that did the blood collection knew what she's doing. She was good. Usually, after the blood collection in most facilities, I will always has have like I use dru8, but with this nurse, I felt nothing, and don't have any needle mark. Good job!!

Dr. Shepard is a very good doctor. He always listens. He takes the time to really listen and to provide information regarding lab work. Anything medically I don't understand, he takes the time to really explain it to me. So when I leave my visit, I'm secure and happy in the information that I receive. I'm more knowledgeable. I don't ever leave guessing. So just a very, very good doctor. well, bedside manners, even though we're not in office manners. He's very respectful, extremely good doctor. And I would definitely refer him to anyone who's in need of a hematologist or oncologist. Oh, also the nurse practitioner, she was phenomenal as well. Thank you.

They made a scary situation comfortable. And I love the facility. I feel more in control of my health than I did before the diagnosis. I know I will have a competent team of doctors watching over me every six months for 5 years!

Only negative was lack of clarity of the estimate I received, which I will have to speak to billing, to clear up. Extra charges for ambiguous items, plus, the reception employee had no record of the history and other check in forms I had filled out, nor of my having made payment of the estimate I was billed for.
