Dr. Shepard took the time to explain things to me, and I feel very comfortable with him taking care of my health. He put me at ease and he's very knowledgeable and I appreciate that he spoke to me in a way that I could understand and treated me like a person instead of just a patient

Face to Face contact I have nothing negative to say about the entire Oncology department Imaging included. Everyone is pleasant enough and treats you with much courtesy respect. The effort to providing the service you would expect . The problem I have most often is with their messaging. The effort they put into their call back service just is not there. You are to leave a message for a particular department/person careful to keep within the requested time frame to receive a call back the same day. Often times do not adhere to their own protocol. The effort to do so is not there.
