The provider was very dismissive and rude. X1 Would not listen to our concerns and would not address the issue we were referred for by the pediatrician. He left the room as we were still trying to talk to him. The nurses and front office staff were amazing. But we would not recommend anyone take their child to this practice due to this provider.

We actually never saw the provider listed at all so I cant rank them adequately. The nurse practitioner, nurses and medical assistant we saw were amazing though. They gave us all of the information we needed, answered all of our questions and took great care of our baby boy. I give them all 10's.

I felt totally comfortable leaving our son with him for the procedure. He even gave me a call afterwards to explain things becuase we missed him before we left.

They took their time to explain the procedure, the aftercare, and everyone was very courteous, addressed all questions, and made us feel very welcome at the facility. I was very comfortable allowing them to perform the procedure on my son, and they were very helpful in listening to any concerns my husband and I had while in the office. I would definitely recommend their team to any family or friends that were seeking pediatric urology services, and I definitely appreciate the thorough care that they exhibited during our time in the office.
