Dr. Nguyen was excellent. Fresh out of medical training and he knew what he knows diagnosis and meds.

To set an an urgent care for almost 3 1/2 hours just to get a note from the doctor to be examined is way too long.

My only complaint would be the wait. I had made an appointment to avoid it and ended up waiting for over an hour after my scheduled appointment. The doctor was very nice though, and very helpful!

The doctor was fantastic! Gave me incremental steps to take. Provided all available options. Made himself personally available to me, by providing his schedule, should the problem persist. In short, I don't know how Dr. Nguyen could have done anymore for me or been more courteous or personable. He's a 12 out of 10!!! The wait was sooo much shorter than other Urgent Care facilities, and the staffing was much better as well. I will always come here for Urgent Care, as well as recommend it to others!

Dr. Nguyen was arrogant and spoke to me as if I was a child or unknowledgable about the reason I came there. I was not happy with his disposition.

The front desk was not very nice upon entering the building, but other than that, everything behind the door in the urgent care was wonderful. Thank you.

Was the best urgent care that I went. I call ahead and explain my situation and they told me where to go and book my appointment as I was driving to the place. When I got there I waited less than 15min to be taking to the room. My appointment was 12 I was out of there by 2:00 with my ct scan done and the disc on my hand. The doctor explained what was going on and who I should look for and gave me the medication until I get my next appointment. Great job to the time.

Much better than our visit with my son recently. This crew took care of us and even though some emergency happened and we were delayed and there longer than usual they took care of my granddaughter. The nurses, staff and doctor were great! Thank you.
