I was pleasantly surprised at the thoroughness and efficiency of the staff and the physician who saw me. The medication that was sent to the pharmacy didn't make sense to me it would have been helpful if the medication prescribed was discussed more throughly before heading out The breathing treatment received at the Wellstar office was very helpful..I am still sweating and would like to know what can be done to get my body regulated and what the cause is... I will follow up with my internist soon.

The staff and care was wonderful. The process is frustrating. Having to answer the same questions repeatedly (checking in upon entry and then again for the X-ray) is ridiculous. I have had multiple visits with Wellstar facilities this year and this type of issue is consistent thru out the system.

Doctor did not seem to know what he was talking about. Couldn't figure out my ear problem, just had me leave in pain. Said if it still hurt in a week to see a specialist? What!? I'm in excruciating pain, going to someone else tomorrow. What a waste of time and money.

The nurse (Nancy) was definitely helpful, courteous, kind, enjoyable, attentive, and thorough. She made sure I was OK and warm while I waited for test results. she was a pro taking my blood and setting me up for an IV. She's a definite asset to WellStar health Park urgent care. The same goes for Dr. Nguyen. I felt every possible test relating to my issue was done. He explained well what was happening and what I needed to do to proceed to better health. I felt heard and not rushed. It was a very positive experience. facility

I use this location rather than an ER visit when I can't see my physician and I am not well. It's a very easy convenient location to my home. Staff is always pleasant but clearly busy. Wait times can be long if you walk in. So I tried an online appt this time and it seemed better. My wait was less than 30 minutes past my appt time, which is much better than walk in.

Extremely poor communication during wait in lobby and in exam room in spite of my request for information. Rudely treated when I tried to find out reason for delays. Only one imaging person on staff caused major delays. Nurses rude, totally uncaring and self absorbed. One of the worst medical offices I've visited.

The physician and the nurse went out of their way to care for me. Because I had a 4 hour drive to attend an out of town wedding, the doctor agreed to call me with CT Scan results so I could make it to my wedding. Both the nurse and doctor kept me well informed and the doctor called me as soon as he had my CT results. I highly recommend this medical team and facility!
