Yes, I would like to point out that everything was fine, the staff, everything, the waiting room, doctors, nurses, very polite and helpful. There's only one thing that I, I'm 88 years old and I do not know how to check in on the computers. And one lady was not very helpful. The other lady was definitely helpful in checking me in. But outside of that, everything was fine. I appreciate letting me express my opinion. Thank you.

The visit itself is incredibly expensive. I think it's way too much. The other thing is that I called ahead of time to see if I could be seen and I gave my insurance information over the phone and I had to check in on a shared kiosk at an urgent care where people are coming in coughing and sneezing and all that kind of stuff on injury. You know, I had an injury, my son had an injury, but everybody else touches that same screen and that process is insanely slow and I had to go through it twice. So I would really recommend not using a shared screen to have a very slow process for checking in. Thank you.

Your staff was very, very professional and concerned for what was going on with me. My only complaint or thing I can bring up that was negative is when I was told I had to get a CT scan, I had to call the CT appointment desk and schedule an appointment for a scan that was right down the hallway. To me, I've never seen that myself in my life. If the doctor's putting orders in, I don't understand why the CT people just can't come down the hallway, pick up the patient, and take them back. It makes no sense of me making a phone call. What if I didn't have my phone with me? So again, that procedure seemed very, very ridiculous. Other than that, I had a great, great being seen there, and everybody was professional. And CT scan as well. Thank you.
