I was just extremely impressed by the service that I got at WellStar. I saw Dr. Nguyen and also the nurse, Setlana, and both of them were just as professional and friendly as could possibly be. And I was sick. I was not in any mood to be sociable, but they were just very, very helpful and very nice. You've got some good people working there. Your desk lady was very nice too. I hate those machines that you have to check in on, but she actually came out from behind the desk and helped me when it hung up and I couldn't go farther. So she was very nice as well. I don't remember her name though. Thank you.

This is my Goto place for Urgent Care needs. I drove 15 miles out of the Kennesaw area to see this urgent care facility. The staff and doctor were all very professional and personable. Dr Nuygen was very knowledgeable and concerned with treating me especially with drug interactions and possible side effects.

I had to wait 30 minutes until Dr Nguyen saw me after the nurse checked me in I also had to wait almost 30 minute after the X-ray was ordered ! Unacceptable on both counts !

The nurses and tech were amazing. They were very informative super caring very thorough. Both ladies in my opinion were above and beyond good. Kim- Rachel and Stephanie. Top notch nurses. Not sure the doctor listened very well and when I stressed my main concern was not what mentioned by him he glazed over it - blood test results say abnormal, but he did not explain that either. Left feeling very frustrated and unheard, which happens often and is the reason I rarely visit the doctor unless it's serious. I do wish I would have went to the ER instead. I think they may have been a little more thorough than this doctor
