I was seen by Dr Nguyen for a broken wrist. Said wrist was splinted and bandaged by an assistant under supervision. I thought she might like to know that the doctors I saw at the orthopedic center two days later said that they didn't want to interfere with the wrapping on my arm because of how well crafted it was.

I'd like to see all of your urgent care have the same procedures in place regarding discharging their patients. Some of your facilities, the nurse comes in or the doctor or the nurse practitioner with discharge papers. So you know not to leave until they come back. This facility that lets you, you finish dressing or whatever and then they don't come back. You go to them. So I sat in the room for probably five to ten minutes waiting for them to come back and then I realized something's not right here and they were waiting for me at a desk and that was my first time going to this facility so I'm not accustomed to their procedures but they should all have the same procedures and be uniform so you'll have that expectation if you go to more, to a different WellSTAR urgent care.

I had an 11am appointment and registered upon arrival at the patient registration kiosk at approximately 10:45am. There were no other patients in the room. As time advanced there were many others arriving after my appointment time who had no appointments, as I heard the receptionist asking them. None of them seemed to have any immediate emergency but everyone of them, approximately 8, were called before me. At 11:45am I asked the receptionist why were they called ahead of me but she could not give me an answer and just told me they were selected by the medical team first. There is much more to my story but I will just leave it at that. In summary, I was treated inferior to other patients and I do feel that she needs to be more friendly and more professional. I have been with Wellstar for more than 30 years and this visit was by far the worst experience.

It was a really good experience. The doctor answered all my questions and made sure I was informed of all my medicine and was very helpful in every way that he could be, very respectful. Everyone I dealt with in the place was respectful and I love that place. I would come back again and I would recommend it to anyone I know. Thank you.

The check in process was not well organized. The iPads were not working and the check in person was clearly frustrated and seemed to be annoyed that she was having to be more hands on in the process. She also was asking questions and answering questions very loudly. I knew why everyone was there. The rest of the experience was phenomenal. Dr. Nguyen was thorough and respectful. The rest of The staff was very friendly

Yes, I was very pleased with my treatment. I would say it was exceptional. I was really surprised how fast the process was. It's never been that fast for me before going to urgent care. So yeah, I think you guys are doing a great job. Thank you.
