I just want to say that everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the physician that we saw were extremely nice. We barely waited any time at all to see our provider. The doctor was extremely nice and patient, very personable. He took the time to explain to us what he was seeing in my son. He took the time to explain things to my son in a way that he will understand. Even my son on the way home said that the doctor was really nice and that he will see him any time because he felt very comfortable around him. So yeah, a great experience overall. Thank you.

I received excellent service, but it's really disappointing that we have to call to schedule an X-ray appointment when we're already at the hospital! It makes no sense to me!

The doctor that saw me (younger Asian doctor) was the best doctor I have seen in a long time. He has amazing bedside manner very compassionate and they are so lucky to have him apart of the hospital. He treated my son too and we were so impressed with how professional and down to earth he was. Very knowledgeable and does not make you worry unnecessarily

I waited 45 minutes after giving a urine sample. When Dr Nguyen came into the room he was surprised that I had already given the sample and went to check immediately and quickly came back and apologized for the delay. He was very kind and informative.

I received a call back to see how I was doing and I have not improved as much as I feel like I should. I was told to just come back in. I felt like since I'd already been in, that I should receive maybe an additional prescription or some care as part of that first visit.

Dr. David Nguyen barely took any time to diagnose my issue. He felt around my knee, diagnosed the issue as a torn ligament, and gave me a phone number to call to schedule an MRI. When I asked about an x-ray, Dr. Nguyen told me an x-ray would only show bones and not ligaments. When I pressed to x-ray my left knee to eliminate other potential problems, he told me to call the same number as the MRI to schedule an appointment for an x-ray. I declined the pain shot and left. I then went straight to the VA hospital ER (which is why I declined the pain shot), where I received great care, an x-ray, and an ultrasound to check for a blood clot. Why doesn't your urgent care center have an x-ray machine? Why would the doctor refuse to order an x-ray of my left knee, a cheap, easy, and fast way to eliminate other possible issues? Plus, the doctor's notes list the issue is in my RIGHT knee. I came in for pain in my LEFT knee. Dr. Nguyen examined my LEFT knee. Because of this error, I will have to correct which knee in future appointments. In my opinion, Dr. Nguyen is a poor representative for Wellstar, who needs additional or remedial training on urgent/emergency room patient care and how to properly document a patient visit.

I received a call back to see how I was doing and I have not improved as much as I feel like I should. I was told to just come back in. I felt like since I'd already been in, that I should receive maybe an additional prescription or some care as part of that first visit.

The doctor that saw me (younger Asian doctor) was the best doctor I have seen in a long time. He has amazing bedside manner very compassionate and they are so lucky to have him apart of the hospital. He treated my son too and we were so impressed with how professional and down to earth he was. Very knowledgeable and does not make you worry unnecessarily

I received excellent service, but it's really disappointing that we have to call to schedule an X-ray appointment when we're already at the hospital! It makes no sense to me!

Dr. David Nguyen barely took any time to diagnose my issue. He felt around my knee, diagnosed the issue as a torn ligament, and gave me a phone number to call to schedule an MRI. When I asked about an x-ray, Dr. Nguyen told me an x-ray would only show bones and not ligaments. When I pressed to x-ray my left knee to eliminate other potential problems, he told me to call the same number as the MRI to schedule an appointment for an x-ray. I declined the pain shot and left. I then went straight to the VA hospital ER (which is why I declined the pain shot), where I received great care, an x-ray, and an ultrasound to check for a blood clot. Why doesn't your urgent care center have an x-ray machine? Why would the doctor refuse to order an x-ray of my left knee, a cheap, easy, and fast way to eliminate other possible issues? Plus, the doctor's notes list the issue is in my RIGHT knee. I came in for pain in my LEFT knee. Dr. Nguyen examined my LEFT knee. Because of this error, I will have to correct which knee in future appointments. In my opinion, Dr. Nguyen is a poor representative for Wellstar, who needs additional or remedial training on urgent/emergency room patient care and how to properly document a patient visit.

I just want to say that everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the physician that we saw were extremely nice. We barely waited any time at all to see our provider. The doctor was extremely nice and patient, very personable. He took the time to explain to us what he was seeing in my son. He took the time to explain things to my son in a way that he will understand. Even my son on the way home said that the doctor was really nice and that he will see him any time because he felt very comfortable around him. So yeah, a great experience overall. Thank you.
