Wendy the lady that checked us in was wonderful and very helpful. The nurse that helped out my grand daughter was also very wonderful. The Dr (cannot spell his name)?was extremely good with our 3.5 year old. He played with her to get her comfortable with him. The entire visit was great!

Chose to come to this location for imaging services. Called ahead to make sure imaging could be provided as I suspected kidney stone. Receptionist assured me they did have imaging equipment but that employee may not be available later in the day. If I could get to the facility in 30 min, I was assure I could be seen. I said I could and got there within 15 min. I told the intake receptionist of my condition and the phone conversation I had . I was assured my timing was good. After a bit, another receptionist called me up to the desk and said she had been the one that talked to me on the phone but unfortunately that particular staff had already left. I was in intense pain and was called back to see the nurse/doctor after the wait for my turn. The doctor said he was sorry that imaging team had left. I did a urine sample and was told it may show some infection and asked if I wanted a culture . I agreed and my visit was over. I am most displeased with this visit as I was in pain which increased during my stay. When I checked in, the intake receptionist should have double checked that the imaging team was still present after alerting me on the phone they were not staying the regular schedule. What a waste of my time and money. The lack of concern for my condition is most disturbing.
