You have done everything correctly. You are a great facility. The doctors are phenomenal and so are the nurses and the front desk people and everybody's so willing to help. Thank you for that.

I'd like to see all of your urgent care have the same procedures in place regarding discharging their patients. Some of your facilities, the nurse comes in or the doctor or the nurse practitioner with discharge papers. So you know not to leave until they come back. This facility that lets you, you finish dressing or whatever and then they don't come back. You go to them. So I sat in the room for probably five to ten minutes waiting for them to come back and then I realized something's not right here and they were waiting for me at a desk and that was my first time going to this facility so I'm not accustomed to their procedures but they should all have the same procedures and be uniform so you'll have that expectation if you go to more, to a different WellSTAR urgent care.

From check-in until the time I left, the staff was very attentive to my needs, listened to my concerns, and just did everything they could to help me, you know, with my services there. I would definitely recommend this facility to my family and friends because I tell this staff member that they work as a team, and no matter who came in to see me, they all greeted the same way. They had a very good disposition, even though they had a busy schedule. It was just a very pleasant experience, although I was not feeling well at all.

I go to this specific location because every single time I've come the staff are so sweet to me and my daughter, going above and beyond to be informative, empathetic, and caring. I cannot say enough about this location, I will never go to another urgent care. Thank you for hiring such incredible staff and always making my daughter feel safe.

I had an 11am appointment and registered upon arrival at the patient registration kiosk at approximately 10:45am. There were no other patients in the room. As time advanced there were many others arriving after my appointment time who had no appointments, as I heard the receptionist asking them. None of them seemed to have any immediate emergency but everyone of them, approximately 8, were called before me. At 11:45am I asked the receptionist why were they called ahead of me but she could not give me an answer and just told me they were selected by the medical team first. There is much more to my story but I will just leave it at that. In summary, I was treated inferior to other patients and I do feel that she needs to be more friendly and more professional. I have been with Wellstar for more than 30 years and this visit was by far the worst experience.

From the moment we entered the urgent care, everyone was very kind and attentive and polite and knowledgeable. The physician was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was happening. The nurses were very encouraging and explanatory about all details. The x-ray and the CT staff were very kind and very knowledgeable. Everyone was incredible. It was a wonderful experience.

I was not impressed with the provider. He assessed my son based on what I thought was wrong which was an infection. He did not consider any other issues. I took him to his PCP the next day and learned he had perioral dermatitis.

Overall we had good experience. Our only complain would be the waiting. We knew we would have to wait but it still took the provider 30 min to come in, after the nurse left. We spend additional 13 min on the phone with the x-ray personnel. After that the rest of the visit progressed pretty quickly.

I appreciate that the doctor was knowledgeable and gave me the proper dosage of medication for my problem in order to slow down the progression and recover more quickly.

From check-in until the time I left, the staff was very attentive to my needs, listened to my concerns, and just did everything they could to help me, you know, with my services there. I would definitely recommend this facility to my family and friends because I tell this staff member that they work as a team, and no matter who came in to see me, they all greeted the same way. They had a very good disposition, even though they had a busy schedule. It was just a very pleasant experience, although I was not feeling well at all.

I'd like to see all of your urgent care have the same procedures in place regarding discharging their patients. Some of your facilities, the nurse comes in or the doctor or the nurse practitioner with discharge papers. So you know not to leave until they come back. This facility that lets you, you finish dressing or whatever and then they don't come back. You go to them. So I sat in the room for probably five to ten minutes waiting for them to come back and then I realized something's not right here and they were waiting for me at a desk and that was my first time going to this facility so I'm not accustomed to their procedures but they should all have the same procedures and be uniform so you'll have that expectation if you go to more, to a different WellSTAR urgent care.

You have done everything correctly. You are a great facility. The doctors are phenomenal and so are the nurses and the front desk people and everybody's so willing to help. Thank you for that.
