Your staff was very, very professional and concerned for what was going on with me. My only complaint or thing I can bring up that was negative is when I was told I had to get a CT scan, I had to call the CT appointment desk and schedule an appointment for a scan that was right down the hallway. To me, I've never seen that myself in my life. If the doctor's putting orders in, I don't understand why the CT people just can't come down the hallway, pick up the patient, and take them back. It makes no sense of me making a phone call. What if I didn't have my phone with me? So again, that procedure seemed very, very ridiculous. Other than that, I had a great, great being seen there, and everybody was professional. And CT scan as well. Thank you.

I am so glad that went to the clinic yesterday. Frustrated from being sick for the last four weeks and everyone there made me feel so much better.... And I mean everyone. Great experience and I am already feeling better this morning! Thank you!

This visit felt like a total waste of time and money. The doctor did not seem interested in learning anything about my condition or ways to help me solve it. A test was ordered that I later learned is too early to yield any results. I have no way of replying to the MyChart messages so I can't follow up directly.

The nurse/student nurse never looked at my child. The throat culture was the longest, slowest procedure and my 13 year old said it barley touched her throat. The throat culture was ordered without ever examining my child. The doctor came in and was unfriendly. She told my daughter her mouth was interesting. No explanation. He parlayed her face. No explanation. He left the room, returned and said strep is negative. I asked what the spots on her tonsils were. He shrugged and said tonsil stones? No explanation.

The check in kiosk was terribly slow and inefficient. It took twice as long to complete than the people behind me who were given tablets or checked in by staff. The system and key board lagged on every step. This kiosk system should be upgraded or ditched... The staff was amazing as always!

The prescription that I was prescribed was for five days. When I visited my pulmonologist a couple days later, he said for sinus infections, it should be between seven and ten days. So just for future knowledge. Thank you.

I haven't been to an urgent care in a long time, and I took advantage of the opportunity to schedule an appointment online before coming. Jean was at the front desk and was very helpful. She welcomed me with a smile and was very friendly. Rachel and Kimberly were the nurses that I saw, and they were also very friendly and provided clear instructions. Dr. Nguyen was the physician and was very professional and efficient. I was there around 9 am on a Sunday morning, so the wait to be seen wasn't that long. Great staff! Very professional, yet warm and friendly. I felt like I was in good hands! Thank you.

Your nurses and front of the house staff were great, but your doctors were too busy gossiping at the nurses station regarding patients that were there already about shoulders and their ratings to actually pay attention to the patients that were in the room. The doctor came in, ordered a test, test came back, he clearly didn't even look at it because the pain wasn't on the side of which he found the reason and gave it to me, gave me a pamphlet and said it should go away, but didn't actually look at the test results again. The whole time I was there, all three providers were sitting there too busy talking and gabbing with each other about things not related to patients and work.

He offered to scan my throat, then later came back and said he couldn't because there was no scanner available. I later found out I had tonsillitis, which he did not tell me. I had to seek further medical attention. He tested me for mono which I've never had and strep, after first alleging he didn't "see anything". I had to show him a picture of what my throat looked like, because he did not even try to take a look in the back. He flashed a light in my mouth, I couldn't open all the way because my throat was swollen, he stated, I don't see anything, and then left it at that. He didn't care to help, he didn't care to even figure out what was going on. He administered me medicines which were unhelpful, and had me out of the facility within 30 minutes. The worst "doctor" I have ever experience. Could it be his lack of knowledge he didn't care? Or because I'm a black patient. Either way, the nurses were awesome. I will never return due to the horrible "treatment" I received from Dr. David NGUYEN!

He offered to scan my throat, then later came back and said he couldn't because there was no scanner available. I later found out I had tonsillitis, which he did not tell me. I had to seek further medical attention. He tested me for mono which I've never had and strep, after first alleging he didn't "see anything". I had to show him a picture of what my throat looked like, because he did not even try to take a look in the back. He flashed a light in my mouth, I couldn't open all the way because my throat was swollen, he stated, I don't see anything, and then left it at that. He didn't care to help, he didn't care to even figure out what was going on. He administered me medicines which were unhelpful, and had me out of the facility within 30 minutes. The worst "doctor" I have ever experience. Could it be his lack of knowledge he didn't care? Or because I'm a black patient. Either way, the nurses were awesome. I will never return due to the horrible "treatment" I received from Dr. David NGUYEN!

Your nurses and front of the house staff were great, but your doctors were too busy gossiping at the nurses station regarding patients that were there already about shoulders and their ratings to actually pay attention to the patients that were in the room. The doctor came in, ordered a test, test came back, he clearly didn't even look at it because the pain wasn't on the side of which he found the reason and gave it to me, gave me a pamphlet and said it should go away, but didn't actually look at the test results again. The whole time I was there, all three providers were sitting there too busy talking and gabbing with each other about things not related to patients and work.

Everyone was great. There was a lot of focus on my symptoms and on helping me. I was kept up to date on what was happening and how long things would take, which I really appreciated. The nurse and the doctor did a great job of explaining things to me and answering my questions.

I haven't been to an urgent care in a long time, and I took advantage of the opportunity to schedule an appointment online before coming. Jean was at the front desk and was very helpful. She welcomed me with a smile and was very friendly. Rachel and Kimberly were the nurses that I saw, and they were also very friendly and provided clear instructions. Dr. Nguyen was the physician and was very professional and efficient. I was there around 9 am on a Sunday morning, so the wait to be seen wasn't that long. Great staff! Very professional, yet warm and friendly. I felt like I was in good hands! Thank you.

The prescription that I was prescribed was for five days. When I visited my pulmonologist a couple days later, he said for sinus infections, it should be between seven and ten days. So just for future knowledge. Thank you.

The check in kiosk was terribly slow and inefficient. It took twice as long to complete than the people behind me who were given tablets or checked in by staff. The system and key board lagged on every step. This kiosk system should be upgraded or ditched... The staff was amazing as always!

The nurse/student nurse never looked at my child. The throat culture was the longest, slowest procedure and my 13 year old said it barley touched her throat. The throat culture was ordered without ever examining my child. The doctor came in and was unfriendly. She told my daughter her mouth was interesting. No explanation. He parlayed her face. No explanation. He left the room, returned and said strep is negative. I asked what the spots on her tonsils were. He shrugged and said tonsil stones? No explanation.

This visit felt like a total waste of time and money. The doctor did not seem interested in learning anything about my condition or ways to help me solve it. A test was ordered that I later learned is too early to yield any results. I have no way of replying to the MyChart messages so I can't follow up directly.

Your staff was very, very professional and concerned for what was going on with me. My only complaint or thing I can bring up that was negative is when I was told I had to get a CT scan, I had to call the CT appointment desk and schedule an appointment for a scan that was right down the hallway. To me, I've never seen that myself in my life. If the doctor's putting orders in, I don't understand why the CT people just can't come down the hallway, pick up the patient, and take them back. It makes no sense of me making a phone call. What if I didn't have my phone with me? So again, that procedure seemed very, very ridiculous. Other than that, I had a great, great being seen there, and everybody was professional. And CT scan as well. Thank you.
