I was not impressed with the provider. He assessed my son based on what I thought was wrong which was an infection. He did not consider any other issues. I took him to his PCP the next day and learned he had perioral dermatitis.

Overall we had good experience. Our only complain would be the waiting. We knew we would have to wait but it still took the provider 30 min to come in, after the nurse left. We spend additional 13 min on the phone with the x-ray personnel. After that the rest of the visit progressed pretty quickly.

My son is 11 and I appreciated that the nurse and doctor spoke to him and asks him questions about how he was feeling, when the skin was changing, etc. It's great for kids to learn to talk to adults and speak up for themselves.

Ladies at front desk were terrific, the entire Medical Center looked to be impeccably clean, I expected to wait because of the holiday, but the waiting room is warm and friendly, doctors were professional, appreciate everything you do for our community.

I was just extremely impressed by the service that I got at WellStar. I saw Dr. Nguyen and also the nurse, Setlana, and both of them were just as professional and friendly as could possibly be. And I was sick. I was not in any mood to be sociable, but they were just very, very helpful and very nice. You've got some good people working there. Your desk lady was very nice too. I hate those machines that you have to check in on, but she actually came out from behind the desk and helped me when it hung up and I couldn't go farther. So she was very nice as well. I don't remember her name though. Thank you.

This is my Goto place for Urgent Care needs. I drove 15 miles out of the Kennesaw area to see this urgent care facility. The staff and doctor were all very professional and personable. Dr Nuygen was very knowledgeable and concerned with treating me especially with drug interactions and possible side effects.

I had to wait 30 minutes until Dr Nguyen saw me after the nurse checked me in I also had to wait almost 30 minute after the X-ray was ordered ! Unacceptable on both counts !
