Although service was awesome, the wait was terrible. I made an appointment for 12:20 and wasn't seen until about 2:30. Luckily I was at work on the 3rd floor and was able to go back to my office until they sent me a message stating they were ready for me. Got there and still had to wait another 30 minutes. My suggestion is not to have all of those appointments stacked on top of one another if you can't handle the work load.

I was in acute pain on a Saturday. After a CT scan, the doctor saw that I had a kidney stone. All of the staff were very nice to me while I was in so much pain & so uncomfortable. That made a huge difference in how I felt when I left the facility & headed home. The acute pain went down that same night, and I passed the stone 3 days later. It was a better option to go to urgent care than the ER, and I'm glad I did. Thank you staff, nurses & doctor!

The doctor said I should have been told by my Internists office to go to the hospital and not urgent care. He said there was nothing there to treat a 9mm stone. The girl at my internists said I could get a CT or xray and they were closed. I could tell he was very annoyed. I was to and paid 55.00 co-pay. That pissed me off. It was no one's fault in the urgent care. It was the triage nurse.

The entire staff from check in to departure was so kind and friendly and so good with our daughter. The nurses were so good with distracting her and the physician worked efficiently and patiently. The nurse who assisted with the sutures was also extremely knowledgeable and kind. The facility was also very clean - kudos to your cleaning staff as well! The doctor diagnosed me incorrectly, and based on test results that were negative, when I got a second opinion, they told me that he shouldn't have diagnosed me based on the urine sample results that he got. And he shouldn't have prescribed me an antibiotic. It was the second round of antibiotics, and he was made well aware of that. prescribed it to me before he got the test results back. When the test results came back negative from culture, when they called me, I told them that my symptoms hadn't gotten better. And they told me to continue taking the medication without asking any further questions. And then when I finally went to another doctor, because I still wasn't feeling well, it turns out that the medication, the antibiotics that he put me on actually were making me sicker because I had a yeast infection.
