the doctor seemed to be very thorough and hopefully prescribed the medications I need to get over my lingering drainage, flem in nose and throat, cough and tiredness that has been going on for about a month. I did have an earlier appointment at the AHP about 3 weeks before this appointment for the same thing.

Very quick experience. Arrived at 7:00 a.m. and was seeing right away. Staff was courteous and addressed all of my concerns and was very professional. The doctor was very attentive and gave me details to what I was experiencing in full.

Wait time of an hour for the doctor to look at me for all of two minutes. Got the medication I needed so hopefully I don't have to go back.

I waited over one hour and fifteen minutes in the exam room not seeing or hearing from anyone. When I tried old the Doctor I thought that was too long , his response was "well we're busy and there's only two doctors on duty". I am not angry, just frustrated it took so long. I thought they had forgotten about me even being in the room!!

He was personable and appreciated him taking safety measures regarding mask and hand sanitizing, He listened to my symptoms, did his check, could see what was going on right away, told me the treatment. Chatted with me for a few minutes, and sent off a script, and a referral with instructions if not better in a week or so. Easy, polite, friendly, in and out in no time at all, which I appreciate so much when it is an issue I feel is not life-threatening, or even that urgent. I don't want to be taking up more serious cases and I don't want to be held up because of more serious cases. I know they are priorities, so I appreciated that.
