Dr. Derrer and three nurses were "over the to" excellent. Efficient without rushing. Dr was thorough and chatted appropriately ! I cannot say anything but glowing feedback. The shot in my hip really dud the trick. So much better approximately 24 hours from appointment! Thank you.

the nurses in the official room on the 6th floor and then the unit before that were amazing. very thorough, diligent with washing and kindness and did what they said they'd do, and followed up with us. really impressed with all the staff but especially those three nurses.

I have only one complaint. I expressed concern that my chest and back were beginning to hurt with my congestion. Dr. Derrer used his stethoscope but didn't even compress the bell to my chest or back when I took a breath. I didn't really want to pay for an xray, but I felt like the physical exam could have been improved. My back and chest still hurt, but my congestion has improved some. I felt like my concern was not really addressed. Either way, I am improving, so it doesn't really matter.

There was a mix up about the appointment we were suppose to have at 12:00 pm that day, so we were delayed in seeing the Doctor. However, I must say the receptionist investigated and explained the problem to us. Dr. Derrer was very through and listened to our questions. Upon his examination, he recommended a chest xray. After reading the xray a nodule was found and he recommended a CT scan which was done. Upon completion, Dr. Derrer reported that every thing was OK and it was several spots of pneumonia in the right lung. He explained the medication he was prescribing and advised to see the pulmonary Dr. for a follow up. Dr. Derrer was very attentive during this visit and showed great expertise. He was very through in his examination, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks again Dr. Derrer for the care you provided.

After checking in on my phone before arriving, it seemed redundant to also have to check in again on touch screen upon arrival. (Also felt the screens in waiting room were full of germs) My appointment was 8am was called back 8:30. I felt dr derrer was pleasant, explained everything well. Pleased with his care.

They did give me an antibiotic and a steroid to help my sinus infection. But I waited over an hour in the waiting room, and over two hours in an actual room. After the Dr came in and told me he was giving me 2 medications he said "give me one minute I'll be back with your paperwork." He never came back and over an hour later a nurse walked in and said "Are you waiting for something?" I was very appalled at the fact they forgot about me, I only had two screaming kids with me as well.

However, I must say the receptionist investigated and explained the problem to us. Dr. Derrer was very through and listened to our questions. Upon his examination, he recommended a chest xray. After reading the xray a nodule was found and he recommended a CT scan which was done. Upon completion, Dr. Derrer reported that every thing was OK and it was several spots of pneumonia in the right lung. He explained the medication he was prescribing and advised to see the pulmonary Dr. for a follow up. Dr. Derrer was very attentive during this visit and showed great expertise. He was very through in his examination, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks again Dr. Derrer for the care you provided.

I really like Dr David Derrer. He never rushes to get done and always explains things and also listens to the patient. I'm always happy to see him. I failed to mention that I need Albuterol Vials for a nebulizer phoned in. I have a few but will be out soon. They help. Thank you!
