I always get treated with respect and concern for my issues.

The front staff could have been more attentive. I had made a reservation on line at 10:40am. They instructed me to check in at the kiosk, and I waited over 1 hour.

The front desk offered and provided an ice pack for my broken wrist. It was a huge relief. The doctor offered pain relief too. My xray tech was kind and understanding. I always appreciate the help I get from the urgent care.

Both the doctor and the nurse who took my labs were above and beyond fabulous. The lady who checked me in needs to learn that we have two ears and one mouth for a reason: that we need to listen twice as much and as hard as we talk.

Dr Derrer is excellent! He knew excactly how to immediately treat my Gout, explained the follow up plan extensively. Quite frankly, I trust him with my gout more than the current Rheumatologist, who is in the Wellstar team. It will be worth it next time I have a flare up for me to go to Dr Derrer. Staff was awesome with my son. The Doctor even took the time to call in the prescription to a 24 hour pharmacy.

Dr. David Derrer was wonderful! I had fallen in a foreign country just before flying home. I was treated but not checked out by a hospital. By the time I got home, I was also suffering from other travel related intestinal issues. I was not even able to unpack my suitcase. Dr. Derrer took one issue at a time and ordered the tests, imaging, and medicine needed for each. By the next morning, I was able to function again!

After I left , I realized that the medication perscribed to me (sulfa drug) was actually something that my Rheumatologist told me not to take. So I called on my way to the pharmacy and they immediately had the Dr. Change my perscription to a different antibiotic. I was able to get it filled without delay. Thank you!
