Imagining tried to fleece me. I could not recieve the care I needed because I could not afford a $4000 ultra sound. The self pay rate was 700 but only applies if paid in full. I got the ultra sound done for less than 200. Yall should be ashamed for charging that much. Oh and I paid 167 for my visit and was told that was it. They did nothing extra and i was billed for 247. I am not going to pay that.

Yes, I would like to complain about the length of time we had to wait. It was anywhere between three and a half and four hours. I know I was a walk-in, but I had a special needs daughter and we were there from three something and we left close to seven o'clock. So anyway, that's all I have to say. Otherwise, they're great. The people, the doctors, the nurses, everyone is fine. It was my objection is the long waits that it didn't seem other people were having. Okay, bye-bye now.

Overall, a good experience, but the staff (doctor) seemed a little distracted or distant. Basically said You have an infection; we sent a prescription to your pharmacy. That's all. Didn't discuss that I recently had the same infection. It's apparently hard to kill it. This is a different antibiotic (is it?). I'm still wondering what causes the infection and whether treatment is any different this time from last time.

The nurses are always so pleasant. As a repeat patient here, I found the Doctor to be more attentive and thorough this time in terms of listening to my symptoms and offering appropriate tests. Sometimes it feels like he's rushing through checking symptoms and even breathing but that wasn't necessarily the case this time. So, I consider that an improvement.

I came in not knowing if I was having anxiety or an allergic reaction. It was both. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. I had the most comfortable needle poke of my life. Thank you to everyone for making me safe and comfortable.
