The nurse mercy was incredibly rude when I asked when the provider would be available to see me. She said we're kind of busy around here but you can stand there and look at me all you want. When I asked her name later so I could complain about how she spoke to me she said it and her birthday, then she said do you want me to spell it for you. Then she said nevermind you can figure it out. On top of that I waited 2 hours to be seen and only needed 2 minutes of the providers time. Really terrible staff that night.

Friendly staff. Quick visit that got me the referral I needed to a specialist.

The office was severely understaffed. Getting seen there took hours. Everyone was frustrated because they were overworked. Need more RN support. Medical assistants do not make up nurses. They're not the same thing. They needed more help. In the morning, you guys are busy. There should be more than one nurse there. Thank you.

I have been to urgent care multiple times, there's a long wait I have even waited 2 hrs while I have been in pain, if we can be more considerate of other's pain & time that would be great. They recommend me to ER once and I didn't receive the right treatment there too.
