I met with Dr Derrer. He was personable and appreciated him taking safety measures regarding mask and hand sanitizing, He listened to my symptoms, did his check, could see what was going on right away, told me the treatment. Chatted with me for a few minutes, and sent off a script, and a referral with instructions if not better in a week or so. Easy, polite, friendly, in and out in no time at all, which I appreciate so much when it is an issue I feel is not life-threatening, or even that urgent. I don't want to be taking up more serious cases and I don't want to be held up because of more serious cases. I know they are priorities, so I appreciated that.

Hi, the nurse staff, the front desk, all of them were absolutely fabulous. Doctor was nice, but he didn't really look like he understood what was going on with my child or explained what was happening. And it looked like because he was a little bit under the weather maybe, so he was a little bit confused. So wasn't 100% comfortable following his direction. kind of picked and chose what we followed. But the front desk and all of them were fabulous. And like I said, even the doctor seemed like a nice guy. He just seemed like he was under the weather and wasn't on his best game.

We walked in at 7:33pm and walked out at 11:11pm. It wasn't busy, but something wasn't looking right to wait 4hours. They didn't even gave an update or reason for this long wait. It was disappointing.

Later to find out that there was a communication process where we could sit outside or in our car rather than the waiting room full of who knows what. I understand staffing and patient numbers, but can't something be done to improve the patient experience. The care received was great and the staff was personable and caring.
