The nurse was very rude and gave terrible care. When I talked to the charge nurse, instead of her helping with the problem, she made excuses for her not helping my mother properly. The doctor was wonderful. Thank you.

At the front desk, they were so helpful because I'm not great with the computer, and every time I'm there, they help me through everything. And everything went well. The wait, I don't mind. There's a lot of people there at different times. There's no big deal with the wait, as long as I'm seen by the doctor and they were courteous and helpful and everything else. The nurse that came in, she was amazing. Great sense of humor, great personality, just like the front desk. The doctor, he was okay to the point, and was a busy day. Thank you.

the front office was efficient & the wait time was minimal....i got the impression that the gal taking my ekg (twice) just had a job to do...period

Over an hour wait time, no updates. Didn't understand scheduling (maybe online appointments) and list of patients were not listed on screen as they were in May. Go back to first come first served.

I want to recognize Wendy for her outstanding customer service. She made us feel welcomed and right at home. We could have gone to Kennestone but we're glad we chose Paulding. The only draw back was we were there over 8hrs, but again Wendy was fantastic for making it worth the time.

The only issue I had was that I had to call from the exam room to get my xrays done when the xray room is literally one room over and they came and got me from the exam room to get the xrays done. Very odd to have to order your own xrays via phone while sitting in an exam room at the facility you are getting your xrays done at. Customer experience miss in an otherwise wonderful experience.

This facility is awesome. When it opened less than one mile from my house, I thought it was too good to be true. In the four visits I've made, EVERYONE (receptionists, nurses, doctors) has been unfailingly friendly, concerned, helpful, kind, competent, and compassionate. I feel very fortunate to have this group available. Being nearby is just a plus.
