The waiting area was crowded as might be expected during a holiday weekend; and having text messages regarding my wait time was helpful

They queen got my right ear, which was blocked with earwax so badly that I could not hear out of it. I was very impressed with them. I had tried to do it and failed. The problem was it was a dense blockage. I won't let it go henceforth since I know what can happen. I had no idea that was so

We waited 3.5 hours! We kept asking when we would go back and they said he should be called soon. We would have been better off going straight to ER. Never returning to that urgent care.

What is usually an outstanding experience with the whole facility, today was not the case. The prescription was not called in to a timely name, which caused me to waste a trip to the pharmacy. I've been went to the health center as i was told I could get it at the pharmacy there. When I went to the pharmacy they had not received the prescription ans I had to go to the clinic and physically get the prescription and walk it back to the pharmacy. Very frustrating as my wife was in pain and it took me way to long to get it

The Dr that saw me never cleaned or bandaged my leg that was diagnosed as Cellulitis . When the attendant at the desk realized that the Dr. did not clean or bandaged my leg that was diagnosed as having Cellulitis, she came in and did this. The wait was an hour and 25 minutes after my appointment and when I booked it online it said to arrive 15 minutes before my scheduled time so I sat for an hour and 40 minutes before I was taken back. When I wasn't taken by the hour mark (after my appointment) I went to the front desk to ask how much longer. She said most people with an appointment are being taken about an hour after the time. It was then another 25 minutes.

Follow up with my paperwork was horrible. It took 4 days with a broken foot to get my records to my insurance company. Each person I spoke to said something different.

I've been went to the health center as i was told I could get it at the pharmacy there. When I went to the pharmacy they had not received the prescription ans I had to go to the clinic and physically get the prescription and walk it back to the pharmacy. Very frustrating as my wife was in pain and it took me way to long to get it
