Whomever does end of the year evaluations or raises for the nurse and doctor we saw last night... THEY NEED A RAISE AND 10+++ STARS! Excellent customer service, excellent bed side care while there, all around excellent. This time of year is so busy for you all and that didn't stop them from being so tentative and caring. It's hard to find kind and nice people these days. Keep them!!

I had an 8:00 am appointment and I was seen and back in my car before 8:20. The care and concern from front desk, nurse and Dr. made me feel like I was heard and my concerns were considered.... Only a sinus infection! Merry Christmas!

Hello, my experience was not the best. The physician was nice. The staff was nice. But my issue is with just the urgent care in general. I've never been to an urgent care that did not draw blood at all. My concern is that I paid $50.

In the beginning, I meant to rate the office staff as yes, definitely, they were friendly and courteous. The whole WellSTAR team is always also so amazing. So yes, definitely, they were friendly and courteous. Everyone in the staff is. They always take extra care and precaution with my daughter, and I appreciate it.
