Even though it was close to closing time, everyone was professional, courteous, efficient, and smiling. We did not feel rushed or ignored at any point. Hello, my experience was not the best. The physician was nice. The staff was nice. But my issue is with just the urgent care in general. I've never been to an urgent care that did not draw blood at all. My concern is that I paid $50.

In the beginning, I meant to rate the office staff as yes, definitely, they were friendly and courteous. The whole WellSTAR team is always also so amazing. So yes, definitely, they were friendly and courteous. Everyone in the staff is. They always take extra care and precaution with my daughter, and I appreciate it.

I let the nurse know my friends child just got over hand foot and mouth and the doctor was adamant that is not what his spots looked like so he was prescribed 3 medications that he did not need. I say this to say his dad took him to his pediatrician the following morning and come to find, it WAS hand foot and mouth and was prescribed completely different medication.

Everyone seemed cold. The doctor was matter-of-factly and felt somewhat distant. As for the nurse, she barely greeted me. The receptionist was a bit better but overall, none of them seem to care whether I was there or not.
