The wait was an hour and 25 minutes after my appointment and when I booked it online it said to arrive 15 minutes before my scheduled time so I sat for an hour and 40 minutes before I was taken back. When I wasn't taken by the hour mark (after my appointment) I went to the front desk to ask how much longer. She said most people with an appointment are being taken about an hour after the time. It was then another 25 minutes.

Follow up with my paperwork was horrible. It took 4 days with a broken foot to get my records to my insurance company. Each person I spoke to said something different.

Service was terribly slow. No concern for any patients illness nor wait time at front office; very little reaction or interactions with patients at all. Very sick lady waiting whom I observed symptoms worsening during her wait, to the point I personally asked for her an emesis bag. She left because of the wait and went to the ER. Had to wait on a ride to pick her back up to leave. I belief she was a wellstar employee based on her scrubs and jacket embroidery.

All the staff members showed great concern and they did what they needed to do immediately. Didn't wait around, didn't schedule an appointment, did what they needed to do immediately to find out what the problem is. So we really appreciate that because it helped us, you know, calm down.

We were there for low oxygen levels. They started triage and treatment within a few minutes, got my dad stable and called for transport to Kennestone.
