While I was waiting to be seen, I witnessed an older woman pitch a loud, unreasonable fit about her wait time. She was acting like a toddler, but the staff remained calm, fair, and reasoned with her. I was impressed with how they handled the situation with immaculate professionalism. Kudos to them! They need to be recognized for this because the situation was ridiculous. I will continue to come here because the staff is so respectful and kind. Thank you.

Dr Derrer is as good as they come. I am 71 years old with numerous health issues. I have more experience with doctors than most for sure. Dr Derrer stands out as he really cares and goes the extra mile trying to make you feel better. a fantastic doctor and I only wish he had a PCP practice. A 10+ score!!
