The front desk staff at this clinic are always really wonderful. As a side note, I was slightly appalled by the conditions of the hospital bathrooms. The second and third floor bathrooms in the children's hospital are awful. I tried to use the second floor one today and just walked out because I have been in nicer gas station bathrooms. It's especially concerning because as a parent it makes you feel like the hospital, which should be pristine, is dirty. It's hard to trust the hospital with a sick child when it's dirty. It's not just housekeeping it's a maintenance issue as well. Toilets are constantly out of order. I almost didn't say anything, but I have heard several parents complain about how unclean the hospital common spaces feel lately.

I just hate that Dr. Cearley will be leaving the facility. It was my first time to him, and I was really looking forward to my daughter coming back to see him, but it's so sad that he is going to be leaving. So that's the only thing I have to say. Everything is good. Thank you.

The doctor listened to my concerns, no interruption, no cutting me off. I really appreciate his eye-to-eye contact with me as a mom, very concerned about my little girl, so that made a difference, you know, him being, you know, looking at me in my face. I really do appreciate him. He was most knowledgeable, didn't try to, you know, use big doctor words that I obviously don't understand. laying terms for me to understand things, and I really appreciate him. It was an overall great visit, very positive. That office from the front to the back was very nice, smiling. It was kind of still mid-morning, so y'all were real busy, but still positive attitudes throughout the office, I thought. I can't thank you enough for the treatment that you showed myself and, of course, my baby girl. I thank you so much.

The registrar was very friendly and made my child feel calm and talked to him like he was somebody and I was vey very amazed about her being child friendly. Also our nurse/medical assistant was very tuned in with him. Kudos to these two ladies who did their job and more.

He was VERY rude entering the room.. he did NOT introduce himself, he didn'teven touch the patient to see where the problem was or where the concern was... he doesn't have any bedside matters what so ever.. I truly believe ppl do get overwhelmed but first encounters means everything to a patient. It sets the tone of every visits!!

Doctor was very informative and thorough. I appreciated that and the way he answered all my questions. I could not really answer the question about hand washing as I did not see if they washed their hands or not before coming in the room.

Staff was friendly and informative. Offered to assist with gaining online access to my daughter's patient portal. Dr. Cearley was nice, and kind. Listened to our needs and concerns. However, he wasn't very personable and beside manner was a bit lacking. But he provided enough information for us to determine next steps.

Was not asked for my insurance at check In. When I was checking out I verified that both of my sons insurance was on file. The lady was very rude and dismissive stating that should have been fine at check in. I stated no one asked for any of my information since I did everything on my chart. She seemed annoyed and bothered having to add my son's Medicaid to his account. The check in ladies were great though. Very friendly.

Ms. Dorthy was exceptionally good with my son. She spoke to him like a neurotypical child and treated him with the most kindness. Ms Celandria ,Mr Robert and Ms Alyssia all spoke to him and made him feel better in an unfamiliar environment. Dr. Cearley was very helpful and spoke to me about all of my concerns regarding my son and explained everything very thoroughly. I am so thankful for the Orthopedic team.
