The person at the front desk isn't very helpful, especially if you arrive feeling unwell, and it's not easy to get your information entered into WellStar system before being seen someone. I wish they would offer more assistance to patients, although I understand that they deal with many not easy people who are sometimes not very pleasant. On the other hand, the health technicians and the doctor provide EXCELLENT care; they are very professional, kind, and clear with their instructions. I like them. Thank you.

I know I answered NO to seeing them wash/sanitize hands....maybe they did outside the door. I appreciated their care; they listened to me and then executed with professionalism and compassion. When you aren't feeling well, the last thing you want to deal with is someone's rude attitude.? So, thank you again!! ??

This is the quickest visit I have ever made to any healthcare facility. It took about twenty minutes from the time I stepped into the building and the time I left. I was greeted by a beautiful friendly lady, and less than five minutes later, a very pleasant clinical staff brought me back to the exam room. Shortly after taking my vitals, Dr Kuzio walked in with a warm and friendly face. Dr. Daniel Kuzio is amazing! From the moment he walked into the room, he was polite and personable. He listened carefully to understood my concerns before speaking. He asked all the right questions so he can fully understand my symptoms. He has great bedside manners. Overall, I felt better than I came in, even before taking any medication. Thank you Dr. Kuzio and the support team at the clinic.
