The lady that I dealt with to get me signed in and checked in was very professional as well. So I had a very professional experience, which is what I care about the most. It's all about professionalism because even though this is my third baby, I really have enjoyed, you know, WellStar as a whole. I like my visit at Cobb. I really do.

I often feel rushed during my visits. At my last appointment, I came in knowing I had BV, yet instead of promptly sending a prescription, it took 5 days just to get my results. No one from the office followed up to let me know my results were in or to send over a prescription. It's now been a full week of dealing with this while pregnant, which is absolutely unacceptable.
