My service was really great. The only thing is that we were in the waiting room for 30, 45 minutes before we saw the main doctor and my toddler was starting to get very, very antsy. So that would be my only feedback is if, you know, either don't take us back, wait a couple minutes, take us back or just try to gauge the visits where the patient isn't waiting 30, 45 minutes before they see the doctor just because they're toddlers and they can't really, they don't have the patience or soul to wait that long. Other than that, it was a great visit.

My son was experience severe constipation. We were not able to see our usual provider so we had to go with someone who was available. Dr C was beyond amazing!!! She took her time (we were the last appointment of the day!) and did not rush us at all. She made my son feel comfortable with her despite him being in pain from the constipation. She gave us advice and a plan to help him feel better and sure enough it worked that same night!! So grateful for this amazing practice and the care they give to my children!

Prepayment was demanded for the service before we would be seen. This is not consistent with what happens when we go see our usual provider, also a Wellstar Peds practice, down the street. In fact, they are sister locations. The inconsistency in experience make for a terrible visit. I will never go back to this practice again. I have never been late or not paid my bills and am a long time patient at Wellstar. Asking for payment before you receive the service is akin to paying for dinner before you receive the meal. It's not OK. Being billed for services rendered feels like the most humane way to treat people- and this is healthcare after all, where I believe humanity should matter most. Plus after insurance settles, sometimes the amount estimated is not even correct. This is a terrible, terrible practice, and I cannot express the degree to which I find it deplorable.
