I was a new patient who had an appointment at 10:30 on a Monday with PA Christie Beddington. The waiting room was empty and I was escorted to room promptly. Unfortunately I never saw Ms Beddington, but her NP (I believe) - I couldn't catch his name - handled my appointment. I am disappointed that after being assured that a PA would see me for my initial appointment with this practice, I was passed along to her assistant. As I mentioned, the waiting room was empty and office was very quiet. No apology; no stopping by to at least meet me. I concluded that I was unimportant to this practice.
