She eased my anxiety due to the upcoming exam. As disabled veteran with PTSD, I struggle with effective communication and explaining issues. I didnt tense up or stutter. Her vibe and communication style kept me calm and present. I even laughed once. Do you think she'd consider working at the women's clinic at the Charlie Norwood VA? 10/10

When I got there early because I thought I had to fill out paperwork, the front staff was very gracious and went ahead and did my appointment even though I was an hour early. And my interaction with Cristy was wonderful and also with the nurse that helped out. So the staff in general was just really good and I'd highly recommend them to anybody.

For the first time in the years that I've come there, I left feeling unwanted as a patient. I felt as if my concerns and issues didn't warrant her time or care. I was disappointed and utterly pissed off! I have had it with PA's. Why would you suggest I let my primary write my meds. I had to have a referral to come years ago and they obviously felt my care should continue with a cardiologist, so I continued to see a CARDIOLOGIST. I would love to continue to see a cardiologist, but I never want to see this lady again. Unfortunately, I don't have another option yet.
