The office staff was wonderful. The nurse that, the nurse that did my blood pressure and my weight was very good, very good. Had a wonderful personality, a bedside manner. And Ms. Bensonville is always wonderful. I'm blessed to have her as my caregiver. And thank you very much. To get an appointment or to be in touch with the appointment desk or for that kind of thing at MCG, I definitely could not give them a 10. But otherwise, it was good. Thank you.

I was a new patient who had an appointment at 10:30 on a Monday with PA Christie Beddington. The waiting room was empty and I was escorted to room promptly. Unfortunately I never saw Ms Beddington, but her NP (I believe) - I couldn't catch his name - handled my appointment. I am disappointed that after being assured that a PA would see me for my initial appointment with this practice, I was passed along to her assistant. As I mentioned, the waiting room was empty and office was very quiet. No apology; no stopping by to at least meet me. I concluded that I was unimportant to this practice.
