The staff was wonderful. This was my first experience with Urgent Care. However 3 hours was too long. You need more staff to help all these sick people!! They were working as hard as they could and were so nice but THEY need help!

The experience was fine given I wasn't that sick. The doctor was great and attentive and knowledgeable. The bedside manner of the nurse who had me wait after my steroid shot could have been better.
