My insurance covers the procedure I want to have on my knee. It's a plasma platelet injection. I've contacted my insurance. They will cover it. All they need is for your doctors to call to get approval. They will cover the payment. However, WellStar does not contact insurance regarding my procedure. I would appreciate it if someone can help me with that. Thank you. Bye.

When I got to office it didn't appear that any of the 4 office staff were to busy to answer phone calls.
