The fact that the online platform only allowed me to schedule a 15-minute appointment when what I needed for my prescription was a 30-minute appointment was annoying. It was great that the person at the front desk was willing to change my appointment into a 30-minute appointment so that I could be seen, and I really appreciate her. However, that's an issue with the website that really needs to be fixed.

I really enjoyed the nurses that came in before the practitioner. They were really sweet. They explained everything that was going to be happening. They were very engaging. However, whenever the practitioner came in, I was kind of expecting, even though my tests were negative, I was still kind of expecting like some guidance or some type of advice or maybe, you know, or like maybe like some answers to maybe why my throat could have was swollen or was irritated. Yeah, but I didn't get any of that. It was more just like, if you feel bad, just come back later. And yeah.

One, I would first like to start off by saying the experience at the WellSTAR Center was absolutely great. Both the nurse and the nurse practitioner were both amazing people. The staff seemed very well equipped and very well knowledgeable about the things, very personable and very loving. KSU's WellSTAR with those individuals in that specific location are absolutely exceptional and that's because of the hard work that they put in.

Didn't even give me a splint for a suspected broken arm. Just some painkillers, apple juice, and Chex. I could've gone to a Costco for that kind of service.
