Digital is a thing . Most people carry digital id cards for insurance and id can be attached to your Apple wallet. Requesting a physical copy is a hassle when you already have the providers information. Each time you guys say my insurance company name. If it was new or new patient to wellstar I could understand more but my company doesn't give us physical ID cards anymore. There digital only

Hello, I feel like people that work in the lab need to be more accountable for what they do with people's blood and where they put people's blood because it was a mishap with the blood that was taken on Monday at the facility. And we had to come back and get more blood. I'm not sure what really occurred, but I really feel like somebody should be accountable for that mishap.

One front desk staff did say hello and how are you after she got off phone but the one we checked in with seemed bored and like she didn't care to be there. Little bit off putting and sad when coming to have your child taken care of by that office.
