One front desk staff did say hello and how are you after she got off phone but the one we checked in with seemed bored and like she didn't care to be there. Little bit off putting and sad when coming to have your child taken care of by that office.

I appreciate the one-stop shop direction that WellSTAR is going as you increase the fluidity of the one-stop shop style of services, such as being able to schedule neurology, like how they called me, but if like there was a desk where you could go and schedule whatever for whatever services or whatever, that would be great. Yeah, like so I can schedule just, you know, whatever on the way out. That would be even better, you know? But it's excellent. Very convenient. I appreciate it.
