The Echeck in process is so annoying because you have to go through the same questions every time. I would think I could review my health history, medications etc. every six months or so...not every time.

Dr. Watts always seems to be in a hurry to get out of the room. My daughter had to press to get him to answer necessary questions about my care. He was dismissive about her concerns and did not seem to want to take the time to listen and hear what she needed to ask.

Dr. Watts is very detailed. He doesn't just try to, you know, push you along. He doesn't make you feel like you can't ask questions. He's very honest. I just really like his, I guess what you would call his bedside manner. He's very motivating. That matters in terms of healthcare. When somebody's excited about getting you better, you want to do better for yourself. And so those little intangibles matter, and I just wanted to point that out.
