Doctor was friendly, however I felt as if he weren't taking my symptoms seriously. His assistant lady...very monotone and unconcerned attitude, made disgusted faces when asking her questions about additional testing. Despite describing my flu like symptoms, medication prescribed was not helpful. Will not be coming back to this location.

This was my second visit to Urgent Care after moving to the area and I've been pleased with the care I received. I really liked Dr. Stevens; I felt like he listened to me well and he didn't act like he was in a hurry when he was treating me.

First time at the Urgent Care Center. I was very impressed with the center and the staff. I had scheduled an appointment. Wait time was good. Very friendly staff. I felt very comfortable and confident in the care I received.

I wish that I had more of an explanation about WHAT happened to me...I was just told he wasn't sure WHAT it was...looked like a bacterial skin infection and ordered a shot, sent some meds to the pharmacy...I didn't really understand whar the antibiotic was that they gave me in the exam room...I felt like (as a diabetic with an open wound) I was more concerned than he was which left me trying to investigate more on the internet...I only READ the diagnosis on the discharge sheet and had to research on my own from that point. He wasn't a bad doctor, I wish he was a little more empathetic and offered a better explanation of what was going on. As it turns out, this IS serious and CAN turn to sepsis, that in my opinion, should have been explained in great detail. Rather he simply told me to follow up with the wound care center??? What? Why? I left terrified.

I don't know the names of the nurses that helped me but they were the best and most understanding medical staff I have ever encountered. I have OCD and they were incredibly understanding and gentle and did not rush or make me feel uncomfortable in any way. I took a urinalysis test to make sure my kidneys was bad, but it would have been more reassuring if I could have got a scan to double check and make sure, but he didn't feel that I needed it, so I thought I'd give it a try.

When I was discharged, I was told that there were no fractures to my lumbar spine, but when I got home, I got an email from MyChart saying there were new test results and it showed, it said that I had a fracture in L4 vertebrae. No one from the facility contacted me. Apparently, I was discharged before the radiologist actually read the films, and I just had to call my own primary care and follow up that way.

I was a walk in. I signed in. I was on the board for 20-30 minutes and then noticed my named was gone. I asked the desk if I needed to do something else, since everyone else had been helped. Gave my name and info and he could not find me in the cue. Apparently I had cancelled .... I did not do anything but sign in as a walkin. They had me in quickly, but I did waste 30 minutes

The nurse that took me back to the room and got all my information with my concerns for my sickness was very helpful and she provided reassurance. She was amazing, great, great deal. She, or Wellstar in general, was very lucky to have her. And then Dr. Stevens, he was very informative. He assisted with what brought me into the urgent care. When I was discharged, I was told that there were no fractures to my lumbar spine, but when I got home, I got an email from MyChart saying there were new test results and it showed, it said that I had a fracture in L4 vertebrae. No one from the facility contacted me. Apparently, I was discharged before the radiologist actually read the films, and I just had to call my own primary care and follow up that way.

Everyone made me comfortable and " heard " . Even a case of acute sinitus was taken seriously enough to make me feel satisfied and confident that all was well.

Doctor was friendly, however I felt as if he weren't taking my symptoms seriously. His assistant lady...very monotone and unconcerned attitude, made disgusted faces when asking her questions about additional testing. Despite describing my flu like symptoms, medication prescribed was not helpful. Will not be coming back to this location.
