My wait in the patients room was in my opinion was long.

I took a urinalysis test to make sure my kidneys was bad, but it would have been more reassuring if I could have got a scan to double check and make sure, but he didn't feel that I needed it, so I thought I'd give it a try.

When I was discharged, I was told that there were no fractures to my lumbar spine, but when I got home, I got an email from MyChart saying there were new test results and it showed, it said that I had a fracture in L4 vertebrae. No one from the facility contacted me. Apparently, I was discharged before the radiologist actually read the films, and I just had to call my own primary care and follow up that way.

I was a walk in. I signed in. I was on the board for 20-30 minutes and then noticed my named was gone. I asked the desk if I needed to do something else, since everyone else had been helped. Gave my name and info and he could not find me in the cue. Apparently I had cancelled .... I did not do anything but sign in as a walkin. They had me in quickly, but I did waste 30 minutes

The front office staff were very courteous and responsive and assistive with the help that I needed. The nurse that took me back to the room and got all my information with my concerns for my sickness was very helpful and she provided reassurance. She was amazing, great, great deal. She, or Wellstar in general, was very lucky to have her. And then Dr. Stevens, he was very informative. He assisted with what brought me into the urgent care. Overall, it was a great experience for my time there. I think I was there maybe a little bit under an hour, if not an hour, but everybody was ?

The staff was very knowledgeable and competent. We had vistied the Pedimont Urgent Care the night before, and they completely misdiagnosed my son's mono! So thankful your staff went the extra mile and figured out what was going on before he got worse and potentially infected his classmates. So thank you!

Not sure why I had to call and set up my xray as I was in the same building. Never had to do that at any doctor i have visited, even other wellstar facilities. Pretty annoying, but not my call.

It was close to midnight when we were discharged and I was skeptical about being in the parking lot as a female with a small child. The security guard walked us out, he also confronted a random man in a large SUV in the parking lot and he waited until we were safely in the car. May God continue to bless this man.

Dr Stevens was unprofessional and really kind of unethical. He initially prescribed me two drugs - one of which was an opioid - with no discussion about my past or potential for life ruining addiction. I declined the opioid and he said he would prescribe something else instead. He failed to follow through on that one. I called three times asking for it leaving messages when no one answered. I have not received a call back. This office was unprofessional and apathetic.
