After the dr came in and ordered a breathing treatment and a shot it was a very long wait. I had to go ask at the nurses station for an ETA. I think it was at least 30 minutes

Dr was in and out of the room in like 1 minute. Looked in my ears and throat. Decided what I had and left. Also, I made an appointment for 10:00, arrived around 9:45, got back to a room about 10:35. It's like the appointment time didn't matter. All the people that were already there went before me.

It is insane to me that I had to ask to be tested for things before being prescribed antibiotics, and not being given a clear reason or diagnosis for why I was feeling the way I was. Very dissatisfied.

The best and efficient urgent care around, the other Wellstar facilities should take note of this. Very professional and busy but I was in and out in less than an hour. The other Wellstar urgent care close the ER last visit it was like 3-4 hours. Kudos to the staff at acworth!

Front desk pressure me into paying more than I was originally told for an office visit. When I ask for a refund and if I could pay the originally 168 for an office visit they denied me saying money was already deposited. Even know they only put it in the drawer. They also sent my prescription to the wrong Publix and I had to fight traffic for over a half an hour to get my prescription.

I've seen this provider several times. When I use this facility again I'll make sure I DONT see him. He's blunt, you can't ask questions because he ready to get out of the room once he's listen to chest, Che k throat, looked in ears, tells you what I already knew it was a sinus infection, said he's giving antibiotics, but doesn't ask if you have any allergies to antibiotics. Out of the room. This visit lasted at most 8 mins. I don't expect a conversation about anything, but I do expect him to allow time for me to ask questions. I have multiple health problems so getting a doctor to listen is very important to me. If I could get antibiotics from my primary without a visit because I have known sinus infections that plaque me because of having RA, especially when I'm flaring. I like Acworth Wellness Urgent Care but not this doctor!! Next time I'll call or ask before visiting if this doctor is on duty that day!

We had an appointment for 8:20am. We were told to arrive at 8:05am. We arrived by 8am. We were not called to the back until 8:50am. At no point in time did anyone apologize for being so behind. The Dr. was thorough and diagnosed within 5 minutes. But then we were asked to wait in our room for our papers. After 5 minutes of waiting in the room we went out let them know we were done and they told us to wait in our room. We waited another 3 minutes and told them we had to go there was no need to give us paperwork. Then someone came and printed our paperwork (30 second task) and then we were finally able to leave. Disappointed to have been there for 1:10mins when the Dr. did his work in 5 mins.

I could have went to my regular doctors and waited and be seen quicker. maybe they checked In online or not idk I really don't care. nothing will explain why it took me that long to be seen look at camera footage. the first text that was sent I was in the line waiting to ask how much longer. I walked to my truck told them I was walking to my truck. to get something to drink. so no matter what excuse it was to long.. won't be back unless it's a legit I have to stop there to live to the next location.

All the staff were great. Dr Stevens's correctly diagnosed what I thought was a DVT as Sciatic pain from my recent surgery after ruling out DVT. He provided appropriate treatment for that and now I am doing much better. This facility is also great and provides a more full service urgent care center than most that could do the Duplex ultrasound to rule out DVT that would ordinarily require an ER visit to complete in a timely manner.

All the staff were great. Dr Stevens's correctly diagnosed what I thought was a DVT as Sciatic pain from my recent surgery after ruling out DVT. He provided appropriate treatment for that and now I am doing much better. This facility is also great and provides a more full service urgent care center than most that could do the Duplex ultrasound to rule out DVT that would ordinarily require an ER visit to complete in a timely manner.

He's blunt, you can't ask questions because he ready to get out of the room once he's listen to chest, Che k throat, looked in ears, tells you what I already knew it was a sinus infection, said he's giving antibiotics, but doesn't ask if you have any allergies to antibiotics. Out of the room. This visit lasted at most 8 mins. I don't expect a conversation about anything, but I do expect him to allow time for me to ask questions. I have multiple health problems so getting a doctor to listen is very important to me. If I could get antibiotics from my primary without a visit because I have known sinus infections that plaque me because of having RA, especially when I'm flaring. I like Acworth Wellness Urgent Care but not this doctor!! Next time I'll call or ask before visiting if this doctor is on duty that day!

Wait was a little long but we were first time usuers. We also were at Urgent Care & at least 3 people were there ahead of us. No problem. Staff & Dr. courteous. Have already informed others of its availability.

Front desk pressure me into paying more than I was originally told for an office visit. When I ask for a refund and if I could pay the originally 168 for an office visit they denied me saying money was already deposited. Even know they only put it in the drawer. They also sent my prescription to the wrong Publix and I had to fight traffic for over a half an hour to get my prescription.

The best and efficient urgent care around, the other Wellstar facilities should take note of this. Very professional and busy but I was in and out in less than an hour. The other Wellstar urgent care close the ER last visit it was like 3-4 hours. Kudos to the staff at acworth!

It is insane to me that I had to ask to be tested for things before being prescribed antibiotics, and not being given a clear reason or diagnosis for why I was feeling the way I was. Very dissatisfied.

Dr was in and out of the room in like 1 minute. Looked in my ears and throat. Decided what I had and left. Also, I made an appointment for 10:00, arrived around 9:45, got back to a room about 10:35. It's like the appointment time didn't matter. All the people that were already there went before me.

After the dr came in and ordered a breathing treatment and a shot it was a very long wait. I had to go ask at the nurses station for an ETA. I think it was at least 30 minutes
