Clean facility, great staff, quick response to my concerns and questions. Wait time was only about 10 minutes. I've used this facility before and will use it again when needed. Great job Wellstar Urgent Care!

The urgent care doctor found more serious problems than what I went in for. After tests and imaging he sent me to the Kennestone ER, and I was admitted to the hospital after more tests and imaging. I have pneumonia. I will be here for at least one more day and maybe two. I am so grateful for the nurses and the doctor at Acworth urgent care. They found the initial problem and sent me where they knew that I needed to be.

From check in to call back didn't even take 15 minutes. I was there for about an hour and 10 minutes and most of that was the posted wait time for the X-rays. Excellent visit.

My wait time was acceptable and I received my test results on my urine quickly. The doctor explained the results and made a recommendation for me.

The doctor misdiagnosed the issue. I saw an eye doctor for a second opinion and this doctor immediately resolved my issue. Truly disappointed that the Wellstar physician did not see the issue.

Unfortunately the staff was not very attentive. I had to tell the nurse/medical assistant (who came in prior to the doctor) 3 times why I was there. The doctor seemed like he could care less about what he was doing or about what I had going on. I certainly hope I don't ever need services again at this location.

The waiting room was crowded, I waited nearly 2 hours before being called back. That's a long time for a sick person to wait. Frustration kicked in when one patient kept coughing very badly.

The front desk lady was very very kind. I don't remember her name. The nurse was rushed n unconcerned in her care. She checked my BP wrong n seemed rushed to get somewhere else both times. Terrible bedside care

After checking in I had to wait over an hour to see someone. I had major surgery and I had fallen and hit my head. I was a little shocked that I had to wait so long. But my nurse and the doctor were super nice and very concerned about my falling. And all turned out good so I am ok.
