I know that Wellstar has made a lot of changes for the best possible way for the patient being treated! The wait time has improved! You have put more staff on to accommodate the patient! I'm very satisfied with my visit! Kudos to Wellstar!

Nice big, well kept facility. Like the status update board in waiting room. Nice staff. Didn't wait long. Hate the check in kiosk. Don't like touching computer screen sick people have been touching. Also screen not sensitive enough to type with my knuckle. If I made a typo, had to totally back out letters instead of being able to touch cursor to where I want to change something.

My discharge papers say that I was referred to a provider I've never heard of for follow up. I was not told to do anything if my symptoms continued or got worse. I don't feel like the provider paid any attention to me. The prescription he gave me was a topical cream that the pharmacist said should not be used for what I came in for. The whole experience was subpar and this is why I no longer use Wellstar except when I have no other choice.

Overall, the visit was good, everyone was friendly, and it was a fast appointment. This was probably the fastest I've gone through urgent care before. From a provider perspective, the doctor was knowledgeable and explained what he could. I just think he lacked a little bit of empathy, like he just didn't come across especially for something that seems really alarming and really confusing as really caring. And that upset my son. You know, when you're dealing with a teenager who's playing sports and is having a sports-related injury, to speak with someone who seems as if they don't care about what's going on or the questions that you have is difficult.

I love this facility. I use it all the time. They are very nice. It's a very clean facility. They do a thorough search into what is wrong with you. All the doctors have always been really super nice. All the medical staff has been super nice. I would recommend it to anybody. I will continue to go there.

Long waiting - 2 hours. We waited 1 hour for x-ray reading even the facility was almost empty. Nobody asked me if I want they to prescribe ibuprofen to my son. Poor service from entering to the exiting. Next time will go to Children's Hospital.

The only negatives about my visit was that I had to pay twice for X-rays. I paid the first time to diagnose and the doctor want to recheck after putting my toe back in place. I didn't realize that I would have to call and schedule the second set of X-rays while I waited and I was disappointed to have to pay a second time when it was the exact same problem, just a doctor checking that the bone was in the correct spot. Otherwise, the staff was great.

Pleasantly attended to upon arrival and even provided me with a wheel chair to get off my legs! Was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I was a called back by a PA/nurse and then how quickly I saw a doctor!!

Felt like the doctor i had just blew off my concerns as anxiety/panic attack. I KNOW what an actual anxiety and panic attack fell like and what I felt yesterday morning was definitely not that. I went to a different doctor and guess what I was low on iron again.

If there was no cy equipment available at the location, patients should be told ahead of appt scheduling. This created me waiting an hour at urgent care, with an appointment and being sent to an er for get the scan and waiting 3 hours there

I had an appointment and I showed up five minutes before my appointment time and I waited an entire hour to be seen. I understand when things get busy, but there were literally three or four people in the waiting room and after the first 20 minutes there was nobody in the waiting room except for me. I know that Wellstar has made a lot of changes for the best possible way for the patient being treated! The wait time has improved! You have put more staff on to accommodate the patient! I'm very satisfied with my visit! Kudos to Wellstar!
