Terrible service. I felt like I was scammed and my money was stolen by you. I waited 3 hours and got ibuprofen as a prescription. The doctor had no desire to work and showed no interest in my child. I will not go back to this facility. Awful

It was convenient/close, had 10 ppl in front of me so I waited some time but expected. Provider seemed rushed and did what he needed, for prescriptions ordered/sent but spent very little time with me. Just felt like a number (which I was).

The experience was great. Most everything was on time. People were very, very nice. My only thing that I think you could improve on would be the wait time after your appointment is done waiting for the paperwork. I finally, where I was, I was in the very back of this facility and I don't know if someone forgot about me, but I finally had to go out to the desk and see if they were going to give me my paperwork to leave. I probably waited 20 to 25 minutes for someone to come in. So anyway, that would be my only concern for other people. And for the most part, everything was just as good as it could be. I'm still not well, but hopefully I'll be better tomorrow. Every day seems to be getting a little bit better. Dr. Stevens was very nice and very, very helpful with my questions and I appreciated that. Thank you.
