Every single one of the nurses were super sweet to me. The triage nurse especially was very nice and very talkative to me. However when the actual doctor came in to see me he seemed very disengaged and short about me and my symptoms. He seemed like he wanted to get out of the room as soon as he possibly could even if that meant that I the patient didn't have all the answers I needed. The only time he "examined" me was to check my heart and my lungs and briefly looked in my ears and throat. but when I come in for a sore throat, in the past I've had the doctors feel my lymph nodes. He also didn't tell me my test results of my covid test, flu test or strep test until I prompted the question. The doctor just treated me like I was the thousand patient he's seen with these symptoms and even if that's the case, I'm still a sick patient with real symptoms. I just think that if you are a doctor, especially at urgent care during flu season, you should treat every patient with kindness and compassion. Again the nurses and the front desk nurses did a great job of making me feel cared for and they truly were the highlight of my visit.

I made a reservation at 8:20 and was not in a room until 8:42. I saw people who came in after me seen before me. They could have maybe left and come back but the optics were frustrating. I pointed this out to the nurse and she was very defensive. I sat in the exam room for 30 minutes before seeing a provider for less than 5 minutes. In that 30 minutes I could hear multiple people outside laughing talking and singing to the radio. I waited very long to be ushered out really quickly. I normally have a great experience at this facility and it truly was not busy so I was very disappointed with my experience.

I just think that if you are a doctor, especially at urgent care during flu season, you should treat every patient with kindness and compassion. Again the nurses and the front desk nurses did a great job of making me feel cared for and they truly were the highlight of my visit.
