I've seen this provider several times. When I use this facility again I'll make sure I DONT see him. He's blunt, you can't ask questions because he ready to get out of the room once he's listen to chest, Che k throat, looked in ears, tells you what I already knew it was a sinus infection, said he's giving antibiotics, but doesn't ask if you have any allergies to antibiotics. Out of the room. This visit lasted at most 8 mins. I don't expect a conversation about anything, but I do expect him to allow time for me to ask questions. I have multiple health problems so getting a doctor to listen is very important to me. If I could get antibiotics from my primary without a visit because I have known sinus infections that plaque me because of having RA, especially when I'm flaring. I like Acworth Wellness Urgent Care but not this doctor!! Next time I'll call or ask before visiting if this doctor is on duty that day!

We had an appointment for 8:20am. We were told to arrive at 8:05am. We arrived by 8am. We were not called to the back until 8:50am. At no point in time did anyone apologize for being so behind. The Dr. was thorough and diagnosed within 5 minutes. But then we were asked to wait in our room for our papers. After 5 minutes of waiting in the room we went out let them know we were done and they told us to wait in our room. We waited another 3 minutes and told them we had to go there was no need to give us paperwork. Then someone came and printed our paperwork (30 second task) and then we were finally able to leave. Disappointed to have been there for 1:10mins when the Dr. did his work in 5 mins.

I got there @ 6:30 am sir in parking lot til they opened. I was the 3 person in the door and got seen at 8:30 or later. I could have went to my regular doctors and waited and be seen quicker. maybe they checked In online or not idk I really don't care. nothing will explain why it took me that long to be seen look at camera footage. the first text that was sent I was in the line waiting to ask how much longer. I walked to my truck told them I was walking to my truck. to get something to drink. so no matter what excuse it was to long.. won't be back unless it's a legit I have to stop there to live to the next location.

All the staff were great. Dr Stevens's correctly diagnosed what I thought was a DVT as Sciatic pain from my recent surgery after ruling out DVT. He provided appropriate treatment for that and now I am doing much better. This facility is also great and provides a more full service urgent care center than most that could do the Duplex ultrasound to rule out DVT that would ordinarily require an ER visit to complete in a timely manner.

Doctor was friendly, however I felt as if he weren't taking my symptoms seriously. His assistant lady...very monotone and unconcerned attitude, made disgusted faces when asking her questions about additional testing. Despite describing my flu like symptoms, medication prescribed was not helpful. Will not be coming back to this location.

This was my second visit to Urgent Care after moving to the area and I've been pleased with the care I received. I really liked Dr. Stevens; I felt like he listened to me well and he didn't act like he was in a hurry when he was treating me.

First time at the Urgent Care Center. I was very impressed with the center and the staff. I had scheduled an appointment. Wait time was good. Very friendly staff. I felt very comfortable and confident in the care I received.

I wish that I had more of an explanation about WHAT happened to me...I was just told he wasn't sure WHAT it was...looked like a bacterial skin infection and ordered a shot, sent some meds to the pharmacy...I didn't really understand whar the antibiotic was that they gave me in the exam room...I felt like (as a diabetic with an open wound) I was more concerned than he was which left me trying to investigate more on the internet...I only READ the diagnosis on the discharge sheet and had to research on my own from that point. He wasn't a bad doctor, I wish he was a little more empathetic and offered a better explanation of what was going on. As it turns out, this IS serious and CAN turn to sepsis, that in my opinion, should have been explained in great detail. Rather he simply told me to follow up with the wound care center??? What? Why? I left terrified.

I don't know the names of the nurses that helped me but they were the best and most understanding medical staff I have ever encountered. I have OCD and they were incredibly understanding and gentle and did not rush or make me feel uncomfortable in any way. I was incredibly anxious about coming back to Wellstar because of the many times I have felt rushed into bloodwork and have been traumatized every time because of the OCD and not feeling accommodated for my trigger with needles. This most recent trip was the best, thank you.

I don't know the names of the nurses that helped me but they were the best and most understanding medical staff I have ever encountered. I don't know the names of the nurses that helped me but they were the best and most understanding medical staff I have ever encountered. I have OCD and they were incredibly understanding and gentle and did not rush or make me feel uncomfortable in any way. I was incredibly anxious about coming back to Wellstar because of the many times I have felt rushed into bloodwork and have been traumatized every time because of the OCD and not feeling accommodated for my trigger with needles. This most recent trip was the best, thank you.

I wish that I had more of an explanation about WHAT happened to me...I was just told he wasn't sure WHAT it was...looked like a bacterial skin infection and ordered a shot, sent some meds to the pharmacy...I didn't really understand whar the antibiotic was that they gave me in the exam room...I felt like (as a diabetic with an open wound) I was more concerned than he was which left me trying to investigate more on the internet...I only READ the diagnosis on the discharge sheet and had to research on my own from that point. He wasn't a bad doctor, I wish he was a little more empathetic and offered a better explanation of what was going on. As it turns out, this IS serious and CAN turn to sepsis, that in my opinion, should have been explained in great detail. Rather he simply told me to follow up with the wound care center??? What? Why? I left terrified.

First time at the Urgent Care Center. I was very impressed with the center and the staff. I had scheduled an appointment. Wait time was good. Very friendly staff. I felt very comfortable and confident in the care I received.

This was my second visit to Urgent Care after moving to the area and I've been pleased with the care I received. I really liked Dr. Stevens; I felt like he listened to me well and he didn't act like he was in a hurry when he was treating me.

Everyone made me comfortable and " heard " . Even a case of acute sinitus was taken seriously enough to make me feel satisfied and confident that all was well.

Doctor was friendly, however I felt as if he weren't taking my symptoms seriously. His assistant lady...very monotone and unconcerned attitude, made disgusted faces when asking her questions about additional testing. Despite describing my flu like symptoms, medication prescribed was not helpful. Will not be coming back to this location.

The nurse and the physician both seemed disappointed that I was there. I'm not sure what I did. I won't be back here and couldn't recommend this place to anyone.

All the staff were great. Dr Stevens's correctly diagnosed what I thought was a DVT as Sciatic pain from my recent surgery after ruling out DVT. He provided appropriate treatment for that and now I am doing much better. This facility is also great and provides a more full service urgent care center than most that could do the Duplex ultrasound to rule out DVT that would ordinarily require an ER visit to complete in a timely manner.

Very long wait 2 hrs and 30 min. Everyone there was wonderful. So even though the wait was excessive when I was finally seen the doctor was great!

I got there @ 6:30 am sir in parking lot til they opened. I was the 3 person in the door and got seen at 8:30 or later. I could have went to my regular doctors and waited and be seen quicker. maybe they checked In online or not idk I really don't care. nothing will explain why it took me that long to be seen look at camera footage. the first text that was sent I was in the line waiting to ask how much longer. I walked to my truck told them I was walking to my truck. to get something to drink. so no matter what excuse it was to long.. won't be back unless it's a legit I have to stop there to live to the next location.

We had an appointment for 8:20am. We were told to arrive at 8:05am. We arrived by 8am. We were not called to the back until 8:50am. At no point in time did anyone apologize for being so behind. The Dr. was thorough and diagnosed within 5 minutes. But then we were asked to wait in our room for our papers. After 5 minutes of waiting in the room we went out let them know we were done and they told us to wait in our room. We waited another 3 minutes and told them we had to go there was no need to give us paperwork. Then someone came and printed our paperwork (30 second task) and then we were finally able to leave. Disappointed to have been there for 1:10mins when the Dr. did his work in 5 mins.

I've seen this provider several times. When I use this facility again I'll make sure I DONT see him. He's blunt, you can't ask questions because he ready to get out of the room once he's listen to chest, Che k throat, looked in ears, tells you what I already knew it was a sinus infection, said he's giving antibiotics, but doesn't ask if you have any allergies to antibiotics. Out of the room. This visit lasted at most 8 mins. I don't expect a conversation about anything, but I do expect him to allow time for me to ask questions. I have multiple health problems so getting a doctor to listen is very important to me. If I could get antibiotics from my primary without a visit because I have known sinus infections that plaque me because of having RA, especially when I'm flaring. I like Acworth Wellness Urgent Care but not this doctor!! Next time I'll call or ask before visiting if this doctor is on duty that day!
