I felt like the students and Dr. Riley were amazing! They listened and talked to me in a way I would understand. They write out details for our daughter's treatment. Seemed concerned and wanted to help. It was an absolutely amazing experience our first visit.

The wait time in the lobby was good. Once we got in the back, we waited maybe 20 minutes before anyone came to talk then another 20-25 minutes before the doctor came in. That I didn't like

Everyone was amazing. From the check in at the front desk to the person that got vitals and Information to the resident and attending. Wonderful experience. They definitely listen to the situation and the patient.

The parking is so dangerous. I had to park on the 6th floor. There was hardly any spaces. People don't park correctly and I could barely get my door open to get out. Then someone was driving the wrong way. You need to get the patrols monitoring the parking. Give tickets. If you want people to come you must do something about this.

Dr.Riley is an excellent doctor. Spent time with me and cared about my concerns. I wish I did not have to drive to Aiken to see him to not have to pay the insane facility fees you have to pay if you see him in Augusta! Wellstar please do better
