My entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The office was exceptionally clean, organized, and professional, and every staff member I interacted with was courteous, helpful, and professional. I was seen right at my scheduled appointment time, with virtually no waiting. The nurse took the time to review my medical history since my last visit. She also asked my permission for a trainee to observe, which I appreciated. I was happy to support the trainee's learning experience. As soon as the nurse finished, the doctor came right in, introduced himself and his team, and performed a thorough head-to-toe skin examination. We discussed a few spots of concern, and he addressed my questions professionally and clearly. The entire visit felt efficient, thorough, and well organized, without ever feeling rushed. Before I left, my appointment for next year was already scheduled. It's refreshing to receive this level of professionalism, respect, and patient care. An excellent experience all around, and I would highly recommend this practice.

Help the doctors and the patient experience by not making the doctors try to guess which Ultrasound location has earliest or most convenient appt. times for the patient. Imaging scheduling at Wheeler Road and at the main MCG medical center should be Integrated. Better yet Patients should be able to schedule at their convenience ONLINE thru the portal with ONE MD order. Otherwise, my visit was Excellent!
