I like Dr. Jimmerson very much, and he's very personable, and he asks questions, and he looks like he's concerned about you. One thing I have a problem with, and a problem with everybody that's on WellSTAR, is that they think that we know what those charts mean when they send it back, the information. In fact, his comment was exercise, and that was basically the only comment that I see that he did on the report. I had one thing that said it was high, I understand it was high. I don't know what it means, what it does, what's the purpose of that test. I think they should have a narrative on what this subject is besides the, if it's high or low. If it's moderate, I guess we just have to live with it. But if it's high or low, we should know what to do about it. I would recommend the staff, but this is the same thing that happens to everybody that's connected to Welch's chart.

Hvac out due to building construction is a bad idea during GA summer temperature/humidity. Plan construction when it's not 100 or 0 degrees. Or weekends, Webster makes more money than it should, you can afford to pay you C-levels less bonus & overtime for construction workers. I saw my bill, you overcharge.

The lobby was extremely cold. Apparently there is an issue with the air conditioning unit and the thermostat is not working. Staff and patients had jackets on, heating pads. etc I was told this has been going on for a few weeks. WellStar needs to do a better job in keeping their facilities in better conditions so your patients and staff are not uncomfortable while they wait to see their physician

He has consistently delivered top notch care for my health as a listener, offers options (where possible)- referrals when I have ailments & as a no non-sense coach. Dr. Jim speaks really fast. At age 70, I think I process most of what he says - but slower. Must fine tune my auditory senses when in consultation with him. NOT his fault - I just struggle with listening at the same rate of speed that he speaks. He is a fine physician and health coach. Thank for an opportunity to provide feedback!
